    I play bass and I had a chance to jam with Michael Carvin. He liked my playing and he played so well he had the windows shaking. We were rehearsing in an old house in Los Angeles many years ago

      You were very fortunate. I missed out by one year seeing Freddie live. I was in 1975/77 at the Montreux Jazz Festivals. Freddie was there in 78. One of the greatest trumpeter in the history of jazz. Be well & Cheers!

    About time a video of Freddie and the GREAT Junior Cook came out. The tenor saxophone's ''Uncrowned'' Heavyweight Champ!!!! (too bad we had to hear the ENDING of ''Sky Dive''...hmmmmm...)
