@@MeTreesndirt Absolutely. Too bad, because Charlie Sheen is a talented actor. Is it just me or does anyone else watch these Stephen Colbert bits as a trusted news source to find out what's really happening?
YES A FRIDAY LATE SHOW!!!! I thnk we could really use these for the next few weeks, your show has really helped embed reality on many. Thank you #Vote
I bought the West Wing box set last week, just in case Trump wins the election and I need to withdraw from reality completely.
Ditto
Don't worry, it's going to be okay:)
What a fantastic interview or perhaps "gathering"! You can feel the chemistry emanating amongst them. I'm ashamed to say I have never seen an episode but plan on binging for sure.
I'm just watching for the Old Fisherman. 😁 I loved him in The Handmaids Tale.
Remember when we actually had respect for president that was suppose to be example for us all... yeah... it was a while. I almost forgot.
Obama though.
rare Friday Late Show indeed, thank you!
I started rewatching The West Wing last week and remember why I loved it so much when I first watched it.
Frump's version is different. "If you DON'T lie, if you DON'T lie even a little, if you DON'T lie enough, you're finished with me."
If you won't lie to protect me or if you are getting one scintilla of attention more than me, I don't know you
I don't know who Frump is but Colbert is the greatest liar on the late night show circuit. If Colbert doesn't lie enough he will get fired by his producer, his network, and his staff.
a honest person with any morals could not / would not work for a compulsive liar . explains all his minions
@@mrwascallyt9865 That would be the Obama/Biden ticket and the Hilary/Keane ticket. They never told the truth.
Yup, basically the story of why Jeff Sessions isn’t in the West Wing anymore
I am working on my 3rd time watching West Wing during this Pandemic, decided to hit YT before I go to bed to see if The late Show posted this evening, what a nice surprise to find this! I'm sorry I don't get HBO Max to watch When We All Vote.
OMFG! I WAS JUST WATCHING THE WEST WING!!!
West Wing is my favourite show. Love the cast. I was actually watching the West Wing in australia when the news cut in that September when the planes hit. That’s my ‘where were you’ moment.
I voted, Stephen.
Thank you. I have to wait until.Oct 24th in stupid FL. I live among the Trump sycophants. Can't wait to cast my ballot for Biden!!!!
I’m going back to the West Wing!!! I don’t know weather to do it pre or post election. But I’m going back! I love you all.
Trump IS implausible! The only show I could see him on is Veep- even then he’d be pushing it 😒
I keep wondering if we’re not all in a Truman Show type scenario... truly feels like someone is messing with us! 🤨
one of the theories on what the universe is is a sims like simulation program, being run by a powerful alien or a future version of ourselves. I think that version of reality is feeling more & more likely this year & the operator has found the program cheat codes to liven it up
I seriously just posted the exact same thing to this comment section BEFORE I saw your post....o.o
This is a VERY funny thing... I have been watching The West Wing now for a little over 2 weeks now (Third time by the way), and now this... GREAT... Some positivity in this world... Thank you all...
"I love vegetables" is the closest Eric will ever get to an "I love you" from Donald... 🤔
Wow not a low blow but yesss the TRUTH
Bartlett hated beans!!!!!
Now I need to know what Aaron thinks of the Gilligan's Island Specials!
Allison Janney looks beautiful! Such stunning silver hair
Aaron Sorkin lives in a studio apartment? Lol! That background is hilarious.
The idea that people in government usually wanted to do the right thing, even if sometimes not for the best reasons.
I read somewhere (don't remember where) that a majority wanted Bartlett as president for real. I like that show! :)
Toby should run the campaign for Harrison to take out Graham.
I just went to go back in time when Bartlett was President - the world had problems but we had a compassionate & honorable Leader In Chief. Best show!

"Crom.. I have never prayed to you.. I have no tongue for it..."
Steven missed Bradley's joke that this video looks exactly like the 'grid' in the opening credits of Brady Bunch
Martin Sheen's accent when he speaks Latin is so thick it sounds like some Zululand dialect :)
Sheen also increased my potential interest for that series, which I NEvER watched. It sounds really interesting !
But... We don't know how Latin is supposed to sound 🤔
@@chrissiek8706 Oh, but we do. I know it may be surprising, but, check this: en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Latin_phonology_and_orthography
Charlie got his voice , too bad not his level head.
@@MeTreesndirt Absolutely. Too bad, because Charlie Sheen is a talented actor. He carried 2 Men and a Half pretty much on his shoulders for the duration of his contracts, and his absence led to an abysmal decline in the quality and humor of the show. It was inevitable because he was basically a train wreck waiting to crash. Nonetheless, there was an aura of likability about him. It made pretty straightforward sitcom stories thunderously funny.
Father and son have never been as obviously different while looking and sounding unmistakably similar !
IT'S AMAZING
I miss them so much ugh such an all time great show
'Hope is spreading the virus.'
Reminded me: a few years ago, I had a bad car accident the _week before xmas,_ my car was wrecked. Got a call the next day, "Your car is in 'McMerry's Scrapyard."
You can't write that kind of stuff, it's too unbelievable.
Ha******!!!!
@Gordon Fornow
That made me remember my mum used to go to a dentist called 'Friendly Smiles' - the last names of the 2 dentists.
They thought it was hilarious!
11:02 Richard notices with concern the ring light reflection in his glasses 👓
By 11:12 playing it cool again : D
I loved the West Wing, but am still heartbroken about Sports Night going off the air before any story lines wrapping up!
Why doesn't Aaron age? 😂
Thank you Will and thank you Hrishi for the moments that lead up to this. This moments which I believe were the true catalyst for this bright light in a never ending dark tunnel. Love to all of you.
