@HeyHeyHarmonicaLuke I wholeheartedly agree with you, but i'm pretty sure only a few people watching this are taking the test seriously. In my experience abdominal breathing helps as a preventative measure, but anecdotal evidence probably isn't applicable.
The only problem is... My school wont allow me to lay down while the cross country run is still going on...
if your out of breathe and you lay down, not only is it really bad for you but you should always be standing and getting oxygen properly.
What is the control? How long does a stitch part without a cure?
The thing is though, that you can't really lie down while you're on a treadmill (trust me, I tried, it didn't go well)
