Who else can watch this for hours?

I never tire of watching the 1600 TPH Kobelco Gyratory Cone Crusher. Thank you.
Ok next better try
Kinda blown away by how little a movement can break up those rocks
Wait there’s sexual inuendo jokes in here somewhere.
That’s what she said
How does that crush the rocks ?
@@donbrashsux physics
But it moves that little bit no matter what. Should see when it's a jaw-crusher, in Sudbury Ontario, watched oversize the size of a minivan get turned into 6"- lol
Kinda reminds me of my mother-in-law at the dinner table ...
I'm surprised at how little rheyl are putting on those trucks I know iron ore is heavy but those trucks are built for the weight
Brilliant video...great work..thankyou..stay safe xx
Wish we could see from below .....
Why empty for long time? Next truck
This is the future guys and galls watching the Sarlacc pit devour rocks.
That's one hungry cone crusher but 1600 tph is only achievable if you keep it fed. Letting it run empty and
Dumptrucks turning up with half a load is realistically more like 800 tph
I would love to see one of those machines being made
Amazing how it munches down those rocks with just one cone shaped tooth. It's a rock monster with a bottomless gut.
This machine is so cool..it just chews down those boulders like they're nothing.😍I could sit on the edge of the pit and watch it all day.
Excellent video ! 👍
Lộc chúc bạn làm việc vui vẻ nha
I wonder if this inspired The Sarlaac Pit in Star Wars.
This sound like me eating cereal in the morning.
We had one of these at the granite canyon quarry in Wyoming. Pretty cool seeing them from underneath. We spent 1 winter replacing the wear plates and pouring nordback behind em
Does it dump to a conveyor?
@@diggybean2705 yes a massive one. We had to let our local utility know when we were about to fire up the conveyor it took so much power. It may go into a feeder first basically doors that adjust to control the flow. Been a long time since I worked there
That's how it's done pow power. I love this stuff can we have more please and thank you.
Nice job 👌
That's awesome
Props to the welder thats replacing those wear plates.
They are bolted in place.
มันมีเสียง มั้นเสต้อ กำลังกลืนกิน หิน เอร็ดอร่อยจัง..
Why don't you clean the tile wall's must be a few tones of iron ore stuck on the tiles
It protects the plates. So it's good to have it there.
Dirt is the best wear plate
There are several videos of them cleaning the sides, but it's not easy to do. This machine is _huge_.
Love the sound of the crushing and do you also video during the day???
I'd like to see the bottom of this machine and how that all works.
Amazing. If i was brave i like to be like tom cruise or work at a mine and drive a big truck. Ty. If i was a good mormon, i would go to church. But that aint gonna happen either. Thank you.
This crusher shews on the boulders nicely.
Bet that takes some hp
The sound reminds me when u think you hear a voice down a well or cave, tunnel etc but you cant quite make out what is being said, and you shout out "pardon what was that" "hello" " anyone there hello" 🤯🤯
I would love to see what goes on underneath that stone crusher, what happens to the rocks after it gets all crushed up, where does it go afterwards
The crushed ore falls through onto a conveyer belt , & off to the Secondary Crusher, before Washing & Gradeing Screening.
There's usually 2 sides to the Production Plant, known as
"High Grade" & "Low Grade".
A portion will go to a Tertiary Crusher ~ that will be blended for "High Grade" specialised Steel makeing.
It's then Railed to the Coast to be exported.
@@markoreilly3414 thank you for the inside story, I take it that you have worked at one of these facilities, it would still be cool to see more of the process, I am very curious about all the aspects of processing

Yes , retired now.
I worked in North West Australia, Pilbara area for over 20yrs.
Both Iron Ore & Manganese Ore.

Feel free to ask away, happy to assist 👍
@@markoreilly3414 enjoy your retirement my brother, I am not able to work any longer, due to back issues, tell you truth, I miss getting up and going to work sometimes, not all the time though,
@@markoreilly3414 I watch the ore trains that you guys run in Australia on RUclips, they are so , so long, fun to watch
Gostei muito.

Looks like a scene in Total Recall
Qual o destino desses residuos jogado ai ? 🤔🤔🤔
The material is very granulated, it's not good for the equipment..it should be oversize rocks
Whay causes the sparks that is seen in the dumping? Another one, what is the black stuff that is seen in some of the trucks?
Its iron ore. When iron strikes iron, it can spark.
Probably tar
@@Mike-su8si It is an iron mine. Iron ore will spark when there is friction. Read the description under the video.
@@nebtheweb8885 I see like a hammer and a nail head

is the ore being roasted or smelted emidettly after crushing cant tell if thats a furnace under the crusher.
IRON DESTROYING IRON !!
Unless this is outside of the Americas, I don't understand how the truck drivers get away with beating the life out of those haulers!
So that's how they make sand.🤔
How many tons do you crush in 24 hours?????

Is this a blast furnace?
Munch munch munch munch . . . the sound of inevitability !

sacre machine par contre vos camions vident trop vite se qui a pour effet de stopper la descente et de encombre la fosse
Very interesting for the first half but then it got boring seeing the same thing for so long. Why don’t you show what happens to the rock after it goes through the crusher.

an ant lion called Rocky.
Why do sparks appear when stones get into the installation?
Friction
Because of static electricity being built up due to friction
Because it is IRON ORE.
(Short version)
Sparks occur because of similar reactions to flint and steel.
(Long version)
When Iron or steel is struck with harder materials, the iron or steel gets sheared into tiny flakes by the harder material striking it and the sparks occur due to pyrophoric properties which is basically when you get certain metals fine (small) enough then they'll react with the air around them and catch fire but only if the metal is suddenly sheared into tiny flakes it'll have a high chance of burning since it won't have time to oxidize to protect itself from catching fire and iron is one of the pyrophoric metals and so presumably the iron ore is colliding with the cone crusher funnel and the funnel looks like it's made of a steel alloy and the iron ore is harder than the steel so the iron ore shears the steel cone and causes sparks from pyrophoric properties and the ferric ores colliding can also cause sparking.
Sounds like a roar of a monster eating
anybody able to tell me what those tiles are made from around the bowl?
Manganese wear parts. Basically a high manganese steel facing which is resistant to impact and vibration...

Это что за порода такая искрящаяся?
железная руда, а вот что за черная пыль не ясно
So once again I'm seeing a whole lot of money just sitting there on both sides of the pit. Not understanding why there aren't Pistons that create vibrations on the panels to loosen up all of the ore that's just sitting on both sides of the pit continually not very efficient but just like every old guy out there that has money they always claim they don't have any.
actually that residue acts as a shield for the hopper.. where it's sitting doesn't wear...
It's not like the side deposits are constantly growing; they fall in when they get heavy enough.
What, they build up until they leave the room?
If it's in the Hopper, only one way out.
@@pirobot668beta I understand but there's still material sitting on both sides of the pit continually so it doesn't actually get emptied out.
@@michaelowen1750 I understand that but with the last gentlemen's comment there's always ore sitting on both sides of the pit so it never gets emptied out completely with every load it pushes some of it down true but then there's still ore that remains like I said if you had pistons on the outside near the top and then Pistons underneath the panels that just keep creating vibrations that reverberate from the top down then the pit gets emptied out completely and there's no ore or money as I'm seeing it just sitting on both sides of the pit I don't know how simpler I can explain this? But that's the physics and that's how this planet works.
this could be explained but your obviously so thick headed it would be a waste of time
Nothing new after first minute. No reason to watch half an hour.
they only let you like it one time
