I really surprised to see Fortuner 2.7 in desert. I am using for last two year and i never took to desert as i thought its little underpowered for desert. I have 2018 2.7 Exr
It's a 2.7 inline 4 , used to come in 2.5 , but those extra 200cc made a difference in the low end torque + for its size it's surprisingly powerful , minding you the fortuner stays in 4 high all the time , no 2H on that thing

Im curious, low rpm at decent speed in the sand...looks like the engine is not that small.
