Made this tonight and it's so good. I used gouda and parmesan, no lemon or chili flakes. Added white onion. I'm someone who likes their broccoli a little crunchy and I hate wasting time roasting it. Thanks Carla!!
I love how this is pretty well 2 ingredients. I'm glad ba has a mix of complex recipes and really simple ones like this. It makes cooking less daunting to have them all in the one place.
Her recipe book is all around buying pantry stuff online and going and getting fresh ingredients occasionally so she literally released it at the best time haha. Hope she wins her category.

Charred or hard roasted broccoli is a completely different thing than what it tastes like in any other form. It's incredibly delicious!
