When I was little, I was able to understand the farming game. It took a few tries with my 0 Korean language knowledge though. First, you cook the potato fully, start with one type of potato to put in the machine. On the bottom you press the color of the potato you're stuffing into the machine to have the matching french fry container. You put in the number of potatoes the machine asks for, then pull the lever in the top right corner and fries are deposited into the container. This took a lot of trial and error for child me.
I’m not super great with Korean but I’m learning it, and I just wanted to mention that as far as I can tell, “sexy” (direct loanword) is a pretty common style description in Korea and its implications aren’t exactly the same as in America. It means more like a “cool, sleek, and mature” style than specifically sexual, even though it can also refer to more standard sexy styles as well.
I'm Korean and I second this, but I also must add that this had been the case in 90's~00's and Koreans have been learning more about the sexual, inappropriate nature of the word. Although the word still has more casual usage than in English, it's slowly been removed from any children-oriented or family-friendly content :)
I mean... At least Bin was an ok enough boyfriend? Didn't ignore boundaries, didn't order her around, didn't play hot and cold, genuinely cared and helped... Way better than a lot of animated boys from 2000/early 2010 😂
You just unlocked so much nostalgia for me with StarSue! Fun fact: the website actually used to feature Sue a lot more prominently (more so than what Internet archives tell you), so much so that you could think it was her official main website. Star Sue used to be filled with so many flash games (most of them the knockoffs you mentioned), and so did its (now defunct) kiddie counterpart MiniWinx (that was basically StarSue, but more focused on Winx Club Dress Up Flash games amongst others including Sue herself). Back in 2010, the StarSue logo even featured Sue herself.
I still remember her! 😊 although I find it sad you can get access to her games anymore because of the end of using adobe flash😢 . But avatar star sue had been a long time fave! 😊
@@Justinya0 It would be cool if Avatar Star Sue would make a come back, someday. But It’s nice to have a conversation with long time fans who still remember avatar star sue. ☺️☺️, If flash would make a come back that is…😅
She was trully a wordwide icon. I'm from Brazil and I remember me as child playing her games for hours. I remember all of them even if I didn't understand a thing. I'm pretty sure she was my first contact with korean language! I adored her, so cute, pinky and she was like Barbie, had all types of job lol
Oh my god im korean and these were such a big part of my childhood, it's so great seeing western audiences enjoyed them as well!! Here's some extra context from a native speaker just for funsies: 4:20 Actually the pre-teen girl that turns into a magical girl with some type of wand or device(or 마법소녀) was an still is a very popular trope, especially in kid's anime back in the day. Sue could've very much been inspired by Creamy Mami, but my bet is that she was just part of the magical girl trope lol (the ages of these kids in other magical girl franchises were also mostly around 10 and 11 like Sue, it's weird looking back on it but for some reason it wasn't out of the ordinary back then) 8:3312:54 These are pretty notorious even amongst sue games for being hard LMAO your timing skills have to be pretty much impeccable for you to beat them🤒🤒 I actually recommend watching someone else play instead as that will give you more enjoyment and less pain 10:44 oh god these ones🤦♀️ The misogyny, fatphobia and blackface etc etc with a couple of these games and webisodes... oh man😒 These were made back in the early days of the internet but obviously that's no excuse, I recommend skipping them entirely ngl 15:04 The warning that pops up here says you have to put in two types of chocolate. The game is based off a popular sweet called 얼초 that has a layer of strawberry and a layer of milk chocolate, which is probably why that shows up. I used to make so many of these things when i was young, stores still sell 얼초 actually but with banana flavor added now! My god sorry for rambling for this long but I loved this video so much, it brought back so many memories💗
I cannot express how awesome it is to know a Korean person’s experience with the same character! I played Knock off Sue games without realizing it, so it is extremely satisfying hearing both the relatable common western experience as well as the native speaking Korean experience. It adds SO much to this piece of internet history and I genuinely appreciate it, especially considering how many flash games are being completely lost to time.
There was also another character for IBravo called Ong's sisters and an animation series called 개구쟁이 옹스 a reboot called 과자나라 옹스 and some games and a snack called 옹스짱 but I can't really find more information about it. It featured a girl (who I thought was boy) named Ong and a pink cat called Ong Soo but later on Ong's design was charged in the reboot
i think li specifically mentioned creamy mami because theres an aged up aspect to both! im sure there are more examples out there though, maybe even more fitting comparisons
oh!!! i love those chocolates, they used to sell them at my local convenience store but i forgot the name. thank you for mentioning it so i can have them again!!!!
Man no wonder leah is fucking angry/pissed off all the time 1. Her “friend” is always overshadowing her due to what seems to be otherworldly forces 2. She’s being forced to literally date a boy she doesn’t care about 3. Her parents don’t love her, people know that but still constantly shit on her furthering her self doubt Oh and also 4. Every time she gets into a new hobby/just do something she’s proud of the group will ALWAYS follow/copy what she’s doing but better and when she’s on her last rope and tries to stop them that miraculous event will happen which will always put her in harms way
I do think it’s kind of sweet that the dieting episode had a message about the negative impacts that unhealthy dieting/dieting when you don’t need to has on people and how you don’t need to diet to be happy; a message I wish was shared more to little girls. I was unfortunately a victim of peer pressure and a lot of the “young girls have to be skinny or else they’re ugly or a comedic punching bag” messaging in TV shows, and it resulted in me developing an ED during my middle school and early high school years. So this is kind of heartwarming for me.
This is nice, but then there's that whole dieting minigame that sends the exact opposite message. I wish they stayed consistent on their messaging bc this comes off as weird.
the pervy stuff in the webisodes seems weird (and it is) until you remember that a fair amount of kids shows back then had those moments. totally spies, victorious and onegai my melody comes to mind.
The skirt flipping that the kid brother does is apparently a trope in East Asia among elementary schoolers. I've seen it referenced as a problem in a few different things ("Only Yesterday" and "12 sai: Chicchana Mune no Tokimeki" are ones I can think of off the top of my head).
I loved the Avatar Star Sue Witch game as a kid! In all honesty, I thought that ‘chubby Sue’ was super cute, even as a skinny kid. I would always try to get her.
@@cisshayri it were "fails" in terms of not being the exact copy of Sue which was the objective of the game I think... Even more beautiful version of Sue would be considered fail in the game, as not making the character.
@@potatooctopus2382 As an Arab myself its really cringe, and the fact that the belly dancer/arab prince troupe is such a thing in media is a real bummer cause its just regressive stereotypes :-: I want some actual good rep for once
Our local Asian market sells the Sue Chocolate Making Kit. I frequently buy it because it includes dress up stickers which allow me to relive my childhood for short periods of time.
We have it in like the average supermarket in dubai tho i didn't know about the flash games existence😭 Edit: or actually now that i think of it, i might have came across the games when i was very young.. not sure if i trust my memory tho💀 ik i did buy the chocolates frequently when i was young
I've seen the chocolate kits at a couple Asian markets near me! I've been meaning to pick up a box, but I'm hesitant because I've heard the chocolate isn't that great. I don't really want to spend money on a snack that I probably won't like, but maybe one day... But let me tell you, the emotional whiplash I experienced when I first saw them was immense.
@@Starrypaws64That memory thing you said is funny because I came into the video thinking I didn't know Sue but it turns out I played that witch potion game religiously without even remembering before I saw it again.
About the game Sue Hair Dresser, i've cracked the code on how to finally make her happy. Basically on the first level, you might have noticed that the game shows you a pic of what Sue wants, for a couple of seconds. You might get the haircut right, but the problem is the hair color. She never asks for one dye, she always wants a mix of two different hair dyes to be happy. And the hairdye mix she wants barely ever looks like the pic at the beggining of the game. For example, the first pic shows that she wants black hair (which is impossible to achieve), when in reality she wants a mix of the brown and blue hair dye. You can't quite get what the game showed you, so you better settle for the next best thing. Though i doubt it, hope that helps!
I don’t know if anyone in the comments mentioned it yet, but Sue had branded candy! I live in a part of Russia that’s really close to Korea and we actually got quite a few Korean candies here, Sue brand one included. The ones I’m most familiar with are DIY chocolate mushroom kits, where you pour chocolate into molds (like in the flash game!), stick a cookie stem inside and put them in the freezer to set. There’s a Sue version and a Bean version, each including a paper doll/sticker sheet to dress up the character. I used to really like those as a kid, they were neat and as an avid GGG fan I loved to have a piece of Sue merch. They are actually still available at stores.
yess i was just about to comment this! the mushroom DIY chocolate candy kit had instructions on how to make it and it says to add the chocolate first then the strawberry cream, and finally top it off with the biscuits and chill in the freezer!! you needed to replicate the box art of this chocolate so it may be safe to assume that the flash game required these instructions!! the candy DIY kit also included a sticker sheet of Sue with clothing options for you to choose! the stickers can swappable! i still see them being sold to this day and it's so much fun!! i hope my comment was useful ♡
19:10 the knockoff "sue" you showed was actually called judy and i would love to see someone explore them next. here in the west they were often considered Sue's games, but with the small amount of Korean i can read, her name is actually judy, and i honestly feel like i enjoyed her games more than the official ibravo sue games. they were produced by a korean site called KiniWini. in modern day my laptop considers kiniwini a virus- the same judy character has been part of a widespread malware campaign through downloadable apps developed by kiniwini on google play, but i never had issues with the old flash games. judy aside, id love to see sue return through more animations or even webcomics.
i remember her!!! though her name wasn't judy, to me it was sami lol. i remember i came across some of her games with the korean text wiped off and the name sami plastered on it
Omg I remenber those !! I actually played the ones on Google play. I never had a problem with them, atleast not from what I remenber. Maybe I was lucky or maybe it did infect it but it was already so broken that I never noticed. But I know I 100% played them, im happy to have find out they actually exist. Do you know any way to find info on these games ? Because I didnt yield much results from my Google searches.
14:07 For Sue Delivery Meals, these are common Chinese-Korean dishes served in Korea. The hearty broth is jjajangmyeon, black bean noodles. The pale broth for the shrimp noodles might be kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) but not entirely sure. The red broth is definitely jjampong (seafood noodles). The sliced vegetables are pickled radishes called danmuji. The confusing last dish is actually sweet and sour pork, tangsuyuk, and that's sweet and sour sauce! Just a fun little food culture thing I wanted to share!
I was thinking that the pale broth might be ulmyeon since it fits that Chinese-Korean sorta theme and the last dish also reminds me of ggampungsaeu or ggampunggi (at least at the place my family usually goes) but I think you're probably right uwu
We can explain the inconsistency in Bin's knowledge of Sue and Star Sue being the same person easily: the episodes are not in the chronological order. The episode Bin sees the transformation and finds out they're the same person comes before the ones where he knows they're the same person, simple
avatar sue, it was basically she was super inspired by ojamajo doremi, she literally had the same aesthetic and hairstyle, i think that made me addicted to playing her games and i remember them with a lot of love.
The Sue cheerleader game and her hiding peanuts will always be my favorite. The one of her with the witch and the potions ??? Muah. Chefs kiss. The makeover game ???? Iconic.
This just transported me back to those summers where I would pull all-nighters on my laptop and once went through 70 pages of dress-up games in one night 🤡 the beauty machine, fashion design, and sue’s beauty room were always my go to’s
i remember feeling so stupid that i could never get the hang of the sue ramen game and the hairstyle game, thank god i’ve learned that everyone found the game’s difficult lmaoo
I'm from Russia, but all my childhood I played games about Sue. I had to figure out how to play myself, because there were no translators. But it was so much fun!
I don't speak korean at all, but when I was a kid "Sue Farming" was my absolute favorite. How did I manage to not only play, but to enjoy a game I absolutely didn't understand? Well it wasn't that different from the english games. I didn't speak english back then so I was just guessing what things meant, so I did the same with Sue games. I became really good at guessing (and there was a lot of trial and error lol) Edit: OH MY GOD SUE'S RAMEN SHOP!!!!!!! The way I recognize every single one of those games lol (and that's on spending too much time on the internet as a kid)
Trick to the ramen game: add the noodles first, then water, then add the green onions and eggs while the water is boiling. The flavor packet can be added whenever, but i recommend adding it before the water. Serve it to the customer before it burns. Edit: So apparently you can add both the ramen and the flavor whenever as long as you add the rest while the water boils… Happy Cooking!
The ramen shop is notorious among koreans as being hard. I recently went back to play these and I felt joy I had never felt before when I finally beat it.
Wait, SUE DIDN'T SLAP HER INTEREST?! I remember playing a Sue game (once again in Korean) that had kind of an rpg choice thingy that reminded me of the first episode! And on one of the options where the love interest tried to explain, SHE DID SLAP THEM
OMFG, that confirms my suspicions! in the very early episodes there's a few screens that seemed to at one point have been interactive, and it seems like only one of the choices were documented! i didn't say anything because i had no evidence
I remember this too!! I remember pretty much making up what was happening in that story-game since i didnt speak korean, and now i rly wanna play it again omg
I'm from Argentina and I loved playing Sue games, especially the one where you have to find her stuff all over her room and then dress her up, I could never beat it tho. I remember being absolutely obsessed with these games as a kid
Its good to know people outside korea also knows this character 😂😂😂 Not really important, but she's actually pronounced as "shu". Its early 2000 korean thing, even companies didn't know how to properly translate korean sound into english. And sue fan animation was a throw back how sue's character was so inconsistant, always have different model and stories from every game and web series.
isn't it pronounced just as "sue" for english speakers? because when koreans write the term super in hangul, it becomes (슈)퍼 (shu/syu) which in english is simply just "super". so by that logic, isn't it supposed to be pronounced as su for english speakers since it is derived from the word "SUperstar"? sorry if the comment came out a bit condescending, I'm just a bit confused 😅
I was not ready to be hit with this much nostalgia, full-on core memory unlocked. I remember as a kid I would play a handful of Korean dress up games and remember Sue but never knew her name and hardly understood what I was doing half the time because of it being in Korean but but her flashy design did stand out and for years I would remember her just never her name. Until now, so I'm happy to finally learn the lore of Sue. xD Also I remember that hair-dressing game and thought it was a normal hair-dressing game where you could do whatever you want but again I didn't know Korean. And I remember kinda when I got a game over of Sue looking pissed at me and I was so confused of what I did wrong, 6 year old me just wanted was a regular hair-dressing game and didn't knew it had to be done in a correct way.
sue, at least in the webseries, is canonically 10, as the primary intended audience for it was younger children (as mentioned in the video, the franchise was created by a large snack manufacturing company in korea - and of course, the exposure of snack-related content for impressionable children would mean huge increase in sales). but when turning into her magical idol self, she takes on the appearance of an older girl, seemingly late teens to early 20s, probably because of the chokehold that a korean idol, lee hyori, had on all sorts of media at the time of its initial release. she had a huge influence on basically every trend during that era meaning girls would dress more "sexy" and "mature" in comparison to the prior trends for femininity, being soft, cute, and more "childlike". realistically, makes no sense whatsoever that she looks so old post transformation, but then again she's just some kid who has a magic wand and do a hannah montana transformation and no one recognizes her. for the sue games franchise, i think some games are set in an alternate universe (e.g. the frozen chocolate game where she's broke so she needs to sell frozen chocos for a new dress), whilst others are either at least semi-canonical or maybe a bit further in the future
44:22 This is the earliest documented appearance of a Crewmate from Among Us. And the game wasn't even conceived yet at that time. They knew what they were doing.
You’ve ended a nearly 15 year mystery for me!! I tried asking a South Korean classmate what she was saying but obviously my pronunciation sucked and she had no idea!! Subscribed for the very niche but sweet nostalgia
I'm currently in my "reawaken my girly side" era and these videos and your aesthetic really really hit the spot. Watching this video I suddenly got excited about magical girls again, and I really adore your aesthetic and the effort and care you put into your videos. So glad I found your channel!
I too am trying to reawaken my girly side because as a kid I thought girly stuff = boring and boys stuff = fun. But now I know it’s horrible to think that and it’s misogyny. So I’m trying to fix that. Anyways, may I ask what is your reason to reawaken your girly side?
@@magpiecritic3083 I think for me it's mostly that I grew up with these aesthetics, especially with dress up games and such. I had a phase where I was really into drawing lolita inspired dresses and trying to be cute and girly when I was young, but I quickly realized that actually presenting that way doesn't really make me happy. When it comes to dressing like this, it's jsut not for me. But I love seeing a friend of mine live out her pink strawberry dreams and I also love the aesthetic, so I'm allowing myself to be more ambiguous and indulge in this style wherever it feels comfortable, even if people around me might be surprised that I like it!
15:00 the clothes you pick will dictate how many pieces of chocolate you'll have to make. Fill one whole shape with pink chocolate then add a layer of brown chocolate, and finish with a popsicle. Use the pink button to freeze it and pick out all the chocolate on the place. This was based on actual chocolate that was sold in Korea (see Haitai Choco Kit) I love this video! Thank you for talking about Sue! ♡♡♡
Yes I loved that game and was so satisfied when I finally figured it out! I also found that candy a couple years back in an Asian Market store in the US. I was freaking out because that game was my childhood. It was so cool to see!
I love Avata Star Sue finally someone outside of Korea who knows it too! 08:48/ 10:30 I get that Sue + Bin are a couple, also Cho Hui + Seok and Lia +Jun. But Eri + Wook seems so random as Wook had a crush on Lia. Also Simi + Hyuk are so weird for obvious reasons sorry. 13:24 This game was my favorite. Here‘s a tutorial for every haircut: For the first haircut cut bangs and the remaining six strands once each. She most likely wants it to be dyed dark blue (mix blue and brown), green (mix blue and yellow) or simply brown. To style the hair choose the big rollers. For the second haircut cut bangs and leave the six remaining strands as they are. She either wants it to be dyed purple (mix blue and red), dark red (mix red and brown) or honey blonde (mix yellow and brown). To style the hair choose the small rollers. Optionally you can add the pearl hair clips to finish it up. For the last haircut cut every strand as short as possible. She always wants it to be dyed honey blonde (mix yellow and brown). To style the hair choose the flat iron. Optionally you can add the rose to finish it up.
i'm from Chile and even i was obsessed with Sue had no idea what any of the games said but it didn't stop me from playing it for hours trying to decipher it in retrospect, the fact no one ever translated the game was somewhat brilliant, it forced kids like me to replay the same game non stop to get what we presumed was the "good ending"
Other than being entertaining- from a historical standpoint these videos are gold worth. We loose things to history all the time, and if no one bothered to gather all the information like this then Sue as a phenomenon would probably be forgotten in 20 years. I get that it maybe doesn’t feel significant today, but it never does in the present and who knows what information will be valuable in the future? Conservation efforts are always appreciated ❤️
SUE IS EVERYTHING! She is a legend in my childhood. The games and art style are so adorable they influenced my fashion and inspiration even now I still play these games! I still love playing flash games!
I'm from a rural town in Germany and LOVED the Sue games. I didn't understand anything, but I just trial and errored thrse games like there was no tomorrow. I especially loved the doll maker, the knitting game and the one with the potions (which, yikes, looking at it now, it's not great lmao). I'm so happy to see a video on this!
Holy crap, I always loved playing these games when I was younger, I could never really understand a lot of what was going on, but I still liked messing around with them. I'm glad to see someone talk about these games, as I've never seen anyone cover them before!
Sue seems like a mix between Minky Momo and Creamy Mami (being able to transform into an older version of themselves), Sailor Moon (the wand), and Ojamajo Doremi (I mean, look at her) to me. Anyway this is a really good video
i remember her face so well... you're knocking these videos out of the park girl!! every time it brings back so much nostalgia from spending 30 mins at a time each on the computer with my best friend and her little sister playing girlsgogames, everythinggirl, and barbiegirls !!
omg.. you woke up my nostalgia. I'm korean and I played the heck out of their online games when I was 12... I had no clue it was popular outside of Korea. there was whole story about her and her friends.. also, it was also clearly endorsed by cookie companies of Korea specifically Haitai because you'd see many games related to that.
I played these so much as a kid. I became godly at the sushi maker and gardening games through 100% brute force. I even got good at the candy factory game, but never good enough to beat it. This video makes me so happy. I always thought Sue was underrated.
has anyone else mentioned to you the parallels between sue and Ojamajo doremi? (also known as Magical DoReMi) Sue is really clearly designed as a doremi copycat, she has nearly the same design, magical wand that does whatever she wants, and especially considering how in that very same early 2000's magical girl anime, one season focuses on the witchy protagonists making sweets every episode as a patisserie themed season. super interesting! if anything I would suggest you check it out as it is probably the most wholesome series ever.
OHHH MY GOD YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW GLAD I AM TO SEE SOMEONE TALKING ABOUT SUE 😭😭😭😭 these games were my LIFE and i still credit them for a few trends in my interests like fashion and cutesy styles and PINK. I'm so glad to see someone talk about them more in depth it feels like I see no one actually really talk about them nowadays, thank you for doing that!! 💖💖💖
I remember when I was a kid, I had an exchange student sister from korea, and we were her host family. Since she understood korean, and I didnt, we bonded over the sue games! She heped me with the obstacles I never understood and I won all of them because of it! Honestly I dont think I'd be the person I am now without em lol
i remember playing sue's chocolate candy maker as a kid and, while i eventually figured out how to make all the candy, the time limit was too restrictive for me to get anywhere close to the goal. a while back i remembered the sue games and decided that it might be easier if i gave it another try, now as an adult. i was wrong. also, i like how you did the sue buns for this video, they're cute :D
i loved sue games as a kid but didnt understand a lick of wqhat it was saying , a lot of the aspects like Making things "Ugly" on purpose were always a turnoff to me because i was a really conscious child that making fun of people for being fat or else was like, Bad and bully behavior, but the art style always caught my attention and the fashion really seem to have left a big impact on me the more i look at it. the series recap is WILD to me, seems like it really went for a combination of like, shoujo but also gag anime tropes, the flash animation is very expressive for what it is, lots of plays with angles and expressions, definitely will give a try at drawing lilla ominously shrouded in shadows and holding scissors , lots of redraw screenshot potential, thank you for talking about this love ur stuff!
The nostalgia hit so hard and so suddenly I felt a panic coming on, lol. It's a disorienting feeling to have realized you completely forgot the existence of something that once consumed your life.
This is a DEEP memory you just unlocked for me! I remember playing so many of these games growing up (specifically the hair cutting game), but the pink buns are how I remember Star Sue the most because the character design reminded me of Magical DoReMi. I absolutely love your videos so far and I’m excited to see your channel growth!
Oh god, THAT'S WHAT YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO DO ON THE POTION GAME? I always just picked what I thought were the prettiest potions and got frustrated with the results! But, weirdly enough, I was also quite good with the first candy maker one, it's pretty similar to the windows one, except for the crazy timer
This is my first time hearing about Sue, and it’s so interesting being able to identify exactly what magical girl series she took very heavy inspiration from. You already mentioned the Creamy Mami and Sailor Moon inspo in the video, but we could take it much further. A lot of the plotlines of the webisodes are what were common in 80’s mg anime (which started with Creamy Mami, but I could see influence from Minky Momo and the rest of the Studio Pierrot anime of that era). The webisode designs are clearly very much influenced by the designs of Ojamajo Doremi as well as early Precure. I’ll definitely be looking more into Sue now, I love falling down the obscure Magical Girl rabbit hole!
The way you speak, edit, your presentation, dressing up to match the theme of the videos, the research...you’re a powerhouse. Thanks for the videos, I’m really enjoying them!
leah my fav character fr she has an actually good and reasonable backstory and despite being kinda mean shes still a loveable and enjoyable and also shes rly scrunkly
Sue Games were my entire childhood and I'm so glad you're talking about her! I remember seeing little ads for sue dolls as loading screens for her games as a kid and getting really excited, but since I didn't speak Korean I knew I'd never get my hands on one. A few months ago I actually ran into real life sue themed candy that was a bit like the game where you have to make chocolates and I got it immediately!
Oh my goodness! This is bringing back so many memories for me! I know it isn't really talked about in the video itself, but I remember excitedly running over to the candy and snack isle whenever I would end up going to our old local Korean Mart to get these little Avatar Sue chocolate-making kits. Like, they had these little mini frosting pipettes and cracker sticks that you would pour and stick into a little mould that you would freeze to turn into a mini icecream bar. Better yet, the kit also came with these sticker dress-up games, where you would put sticker clothing on a picture of Sue. Those were my absolute favorite snacks as a little kid. Man I miss them... Simpler times.
I always saw Sue as a grown woman, like in her 30's. I wanna ask if anyone else did too, but I assume that was just me haha Thank you for making this video, I loved Sue games as a kid and still do now
Just remember that in the spanish girlsgogames server people started spreading that sue was a demon who will go your house at night and eat your eyes while you were sleeping. I believed every single word of that story for almost a year 😂😂
The haunted house story was what I remember the most. I thought it was really heartwarming how Sue helped the little girl move on. Though I thought the ghost girl wanted to attack Sue for trespassing, I’m glad to know it was more mundane. I also remembered the soccer one and thought it was strange that they were dressed as devils.
Okay this has nothing to do with sue but rewatching it caused me to finally notice that by the sue folder there was one called Holly Hobbie, which led me going oh hey thats familiar sounding, which led to me looking into the Holly Hobbie cartoon and FINALLY FINDING A CARTOON EPISODE THAT I HAD BEEN TRYING TO REMEMBER THE NAME OF FOR YEARS. Literally all i could remember was a blond girl was shown a dollhouse that was like a smaller version of the house an older woman lived in and that the house was to be destroyed. So thanks Li for your Sue video finally giving me proof that this random cartoon thats been haunting me since forever exists. (Holly Hobbie: Best Friends Forever was the name of the episode/special)
a lot of the game you mentioned being difficult were actually the simple ones for me, while the "simple" ones were difficult 🫠🫠 especially the chocolate one at 15:00, it's pretty simple if you've ever eaten the chocolate in real life! i used to buy those when i was in secondary school, and they came with a paper doll-esque sticker pack that you can dress sue up with!
that language barrier... i think that is literally every memory i connect with internet games. Most native English speakers don't even realize how much more content they have, or just the fact in general that most of the internet is made accessible for them. man am i jealous that english speakers never have to learn a new language just to have access to good media. I love english, i dont think i could live without it anymore.
i never played ANY of the games you've spoken about in any of your videos so far but i've loved learning and hearing about these older girl focused web games! they've all been fascinating and i hope you make many more videos like these. thank you for your hard work!
This unlocked a part of my childhood I'd forgotten about, but now I can remember spending HOURS playing these, especially the dog salon and the item finding/room search game, oh my goodness I was OBSESSED
I used to play these games on a Turkish games website that was basically a hub for every flash game ever and I so badly wanted to know more of the backstory to Sue so I'm quite excited to see your video! On a side note, the chocolate factory game was my favorite! For some reason it was really intuitive to me. I'm pumped that it's still available!
as a korean american kid, i never realized how popular she was with non-korean peeps!!!!!! i grew up on girlsgogames and korean flash game sites i can’t remember the names of 😭 the nostalgia
This awakened such a big memory from my childhood!! I speak Korean almost fluently these days and now discovering these games were actually in Korean is so weird!! As a child I think I didn't even realize that the games weren't in a language that I understood 😬
The "Sue's Frozen Chocolate" game is basically a Sue's version of Cinderella. (You choose the dress , you make enough chocolate(number is depend on "price" of the outfit you pick) , and now Sue can transform in a princess.
@@Creatorsan Depend on which one you choose(Each one has different price).....but the minimum is 10 piece of choco if my memory are correct.......for a pair of shoes or a hair style.(So if you only choose this one , you will end up with a Sue that wears a fancy pair of shoe/fancy hair , and in her underwear.) Those outfit do cost a fortune , and TBH I never able to beat the game with a completed outfit.
I GREW UP ON STAR SUE! I'm kind of late now, but I waited so long for someone to make a video about this!!! This was my childhood! Everyday after school, in first grade, I would hop on our family computer and rush to this game. That was in 2014. I am a freshman in high school now! I was OBSESSED. I also used to play other dress up gaming sites such as Girl Go Games, etc. Because of these dress up games, it really influenced little girl me and I was super girly. I think this is what also introduced me to vocaloid, and other anime. These dress up games were my whole life!!! It absolutely KILLED ME when I found out that Flash Adobe had died in 2020, because most of the Star Sue games were Flash and that meant a lot of them were taken down. Now that I'm older, I love learning more about my favorite childhood fixations. ❤
I remember I used to specifically search for sue games when I was like 8 or 9!!! I audibly gasped when I saw this video in my recommended! I never thought someone would make a video about Sue
I have never heard of Sue before this video but she looks a lot like Doremi from Ojamajo Doremi Actually, the episodes kind of have some things in common with the show. The characters for instance Leah being Tamaki, Sues friend looking like Aiko (but with out her personality), the episode format of her helping her classmates with magical hijinks, and even the backgrounds and art style are pretty similar to the show. I’d say if you want to watch a show similar to the web series with the same vibes minus the problematic elements Ojamajo Doremi would be a fun watch.
Yeah I instantly clocked this for heavily referencing Doremi and I've never even watched the anime. I had recognized the character design. It also reminded me a bit of ParaKiss with the fashion. They definitely referenced heavily from Japanese stuff.
11:26 For the Sue Clothing Maker, I loved the black, blue and pink skirt and I only recreated/sew the pink skirt, that my friends loved it on me 12:58 I loved playing the Sue ramen shop, though I didn't love how it ended 😅 15:12 Sue beauty room and 17:30 Sue sneaky snack, omg I enjoyed playing them
This is such an amazing blast from the past! I used to play all the Sue games on Y8 back in the day despite not knowing what they said. Weirdly enough, one of the “games” was actually just the first episode of the web series but turned into visual novel format, with clickable text and things like that. I have no idea if it was official or bootleg, but either way it seems to be lost to time.
LET'S FUCKING GOOOOOOOOO!!! Sue games were a huge part of my childhood but I could never find anyone else who played or even knew about her overseas! If you want to watch someone crack the comically difficult Sue games, there's a Korean youtuber named SUNBA who actually has a whole gaming playlist dedicated to her. The videos are hysterical if you know Korean, and still funny if you don't. God, the little ghost girl scene brought back horrible memories lol, I remember watching it and being so freaked out I covered my eyes and ears and asked my mom to turn it off lmao. Also, hard-agree with you on the weirdness of the webisodes. I was too young to be suspicious or weirded out so I kind of accepted them as 'oh I guess those things are supposed to be funny...?' 🥴🤢 I definitely saw some kids in my kindergarten/elementary school absorb that message and re-enact it during recess... um, not a good time. Thank you for such a lovely and comprehensive overview of Sue!! I had no clue there were so many knock-offs and a whole doll line for the brand.
OMG I CANT BELIEVE THAT I FINALLY FOUND SOMEONE TO COVER THESE FLASH GAMES, IM LITERALLY SHAKING !!!! Dude I love sue games so much and I used to play them a lot when I was pretty young and although I didn’t understand it, I still loved sue and her games. This brings alot of good memories :))
I'm from Turkey and I remember even when I was illiterate I would write "sue games" to google and play the hell out of these. I believe at some point every turkish girl in my age range did play these games. Sue was our childhood.
I can't believe how many of those games I played without realizing they were related. Also most of the objectives in these games apparently completely blew over my head
this channel is like a walk down memory lane for me. i feel so nostalgic. it's interesting to learn the history behind these games i loved as a kid. there's never been a channel that discussed things that made my childhood so fun! i feel like i can relate to you and everyone in the comments (: this is so cool. i'll def be here for your next upload!
I really have no interest in the topics you cover, but something about your voice and the passion you obviously have for these subjects keeps me watching! Your videos are really well made, keep up the great work!

THANKS

He did also help her escape being kidnapped so there’s that
the bar is that low lol
@Vera-dear♡ Same! He's so cute and sweet
@@crazypbl8801 still, not a lot of men these days do that
@@akira7739 the fact that you're referring to actual men in comparison to an animated kid is so hilarious to me, can't even disagree either
I remember playing the Monster High games on the site, but yes, Sue was also a big part of their whole thing.
@@Justinya0 It would be cool if Avatar Star Sue would make a come back, someday. But It’s nice to have a conversation with long time fans who still remember avatar star sue. ☺️☺️,
If flash would make a come back that is…😅
@@johannymilord3371 you can still play them. she even said it
@@Justinya0 omg i remember playing those and the mlp dress up games too 😭
She was trully a wordwide icon. I'm from Brazil and I remember me as child playing her games for hours. I remember all of them even if I didn't understand a thing. I'm pretty sure she was my first contact with korean language! I adored her, so cute, pinky and she was like Barbie, had all types of job lol
The “Sue gives a groundbreaking performance that proves that Koreans can be culturally appropriative too” joke killed me every time 😂
Oh my god im korean and these were such a big part of my childhood, it's so great seeing western audiences enjoyed them as well!!
Here's some extra context from a native speaker just for funsies:
4:20 Actually the pre-teen girl that turns into a magical girl with some type of wand or device(or 마법소녀) was an still is a very popular trope, especially in kid's anime back in the day. Sue could've very much been inspired by Creamy Mami, but my bet is that she was just part of the magical girl trope lol (the ages of these kids in other magical girl franchises were also mostly around 10 and 11 like Sue, it's weird looking back on it but for some reason it wasn't out of the ordinary back then)
8:33 12:54 These are pretty notorious even amongst sue games for being hard LMAO your timing skills have to be pretty much impeccable for you to beat them🤒🤒 I actually recommend watching someone else play instead as that will give you more enjoyment and less pain
10:44 oh god these ones🤦♀️ The misogyny, fatphobia and blackface etc etc with a couple of these games and webisodes... oh man😒 These were made back in the early days of the internet but obviously that's no excuse, I recommend skipping them entirely ngl
15:04 The warning that pops up here says you have to put in two types of chocolate.
Thanks for the information! I didn’t grow up with these games, but it’s interesting to hear more about it
I cannot express how awesome it is to know a Korean person’s experience with the same character!
Man no wonder leah is fucking angry/pissed off all the time
1. Her “friend” is always overshadowing her due to what seems to be otherworldly forces
2. She’s being forced to literally date a boy she doesn’t care about
3. Her parents don’t love her, people know that but still constantly shit on her furthering her self doubt
Oh and also

Yeah…Still weird, but not something Sue is solely responsible for.
Yeah, sexualizing underage characters in media was sadly common when I was young.
The skirt flipping that the kid brother does is apparently a trope in East Asia among elementary schoolers. I've seen it referenced as a problem in a few different things ("Only Yesterday" and "12 sai: Chicchana Mune no Tokimeki" are ones I can think of off the top of my head).
I’m also assuming it’s because of values dissonance. Korea likely had different standards than the US when it comes to kids shows.
For the victorious one ,blame good ol' Schneider 💀💀💀
I love how they accidentally made Lia the most relatable character of the show, even though we're supposed to hate her.
I loved the Avatar Star Sue Witch game as a kid! In all honesty, I thought that ‘chubby Sue’ was super cute, even as a skinny kid. I would always try to get her.
you’re literally right, i just wish she wasn’t so bummed out!
@@lispeaks honestly!
I literally remember what you had to pick in this game to get Sue! Wish I could still play this game...
I also didn´t thought the black sue or the chubby were fails
@@cisshayri it were "fails" in terms of not being the exact copy of Sue which was the objective of the game I think... Even more beautiful version of Sue would be considered fail in the game, as not making the character.
i cannot even begin to express how much of an icon you are. MUCH APPRECIATION FROM A 17YO SAUDI ARABIAN TEEN TRYING TO RELIVE HER CHILDHOOD

Hello fellow Arab Flashpoint Game girlie
حرفياً عالألعاب كانوا حياتي كلها
Our local Asian market sells the Sue Chocolate Making Kit. I frequently buy it because it includes dress up stickers which allow me to relive my childhood for short periods of time.
We have it in like the average supermarket in dubai tho i didn't know about the flash games existence😭
Edit: or actually now that i think of it, i might have came across the games when i was very young.. not sure if i trust my memory tho💀 ik i did buy the chocolates frequently when i was young
yep im gonna go convince my family to take me to the asian market today to go search for the sue choco kit thank you
I've seen the chocolate kits at a couple Asian markets near me! I've been meaning to pick up a box, but I'm hesitant because I've heard the chocolate isn't that great. I don't really want to spend money on a snack that I probably won't like, but maybe one day...
But let me tell you, the emotional whiplash I experienced when I first saw them was immense.
i live in the uae & can confirm!! but recently the back of the all boxes of the kits are upside-down for some reason.
Thank you BC I remember as a kid I cracked the code, but I just tried to play and I failed so hard. 😂
They are actually still available at stores.
was looking for this comment! im not comfortable specifiying which part of asia im from, but the choco kits are still sold here too
That is honestly so cool
yess i was just about to comment this! the mushroom DIY chocolate candy kit had instructions on how to make it and it says to add the chocolate first then the strawberry cream, and finally top it off with the biscuits and chill in the freezer!! you needed to replicate the box art of this chocolate so it may be safe to assume that the flash game required these instructions!! the candy DIY kit also included a sticker sheet of Sue with clothing options for you to choose! the stickers can swappable! i still see them being sold to this day and it's so much fun!! i hope my comment was useful ♡
DIY CHOCOLATE MUSHROOM???? oh my gosh I’ve got to find these!!
love ur pfp and username! my first anime

the knockoff "sue" you showed was actually called judy and i would love to see someone explore them next. here in the west they were often considered Sue's games, but with the small amount of Korean i can read, her name is actually judy, and i honestly feel like i enjoyed her games more than the official ibravo sue games. they were produced by a korean site called KiniWini.
in modern day my laptop considers kiniwini a virus- the same judy character has been part of a widespread malware campaign through downloadable apps developed by kiniwini on google play, but i never had issues with the old flash games.
judy aside, id love to see sue return through more animations or even webcomics.
i remember her!!! though her name wasn't judy, to me it was sami lol. i remember i came across some of her games with the korean text wiped off and the name sami plastered on it
Judy lived long enough to become the villain, smh.
I thought her name was jenny and that the sandwich maker game was a sue game, i never knew about the malware thing
Just a fun little food culture thing I wanted to share!
was just about to comment the same thing lol!
and they are all very tasty!
jjajangmyeon🤤 now I’m hungry
So cool!
I was thinking that the pale broth might be ulmyeon since it fits that Chinese-Korean sorta theme
and the last dish also reminds me of ggampungsaeu or ggampunggi (at least at the place my family usually goes) but I think you're probably right uwu
We can explain the inconsistency in Bin's knowledge of Sue and Star Sue being the same person easily: the episodes are not in the chronological order. The episode Bin sees the transformation and finds out they're the same person comes before the ones where he knows they're the same person, simple
Considering I didn't even want this 1-hour documentary to end as quickly as it did, longer style videos are always appreciated !
Didn't notice it was 1 hour long until you said it, it was extremely engaging and a wonderful trip down adobe flash memory lane lol
I definitely agree - keep the long form videos! I just binge watched the whole channel in one sitting.
It was so good
avatar sue, it was basically she was super inspired by ojamajo doremi, she literally had the same aesthetic and hairstyle, i think that made me addicted to playing her games and i remember them with a lot of love.
The Sue cheerleader game and her hiding peanuts will always be my favorite. The one of her with the witch and the potions ??? Muah. Chefs kiss. The makeover game ???? Iconic.
YEAHHHHH LOVED THAT
This just transported me back to those summers where I would pull all-nighters on my laptop and once went through 70 pages of dress-up games in one night 🤡 the beauty machine, fashion design, and sue’s beauty room were always my go to’s
i remember feeling so stupid that i could never get the hang of the sue ramen game and the hairstyle game, thank god i’ve learned that everyone found the game’s difficult lmaoo
For me, it was the chocolate game I could never figure out
I'm from Russia, but all my childhood I played games about Sue. I had to figure out how to play myself, because there were no translators. But it was so much fun!
опа, жизненно))
I don't speak korean at all, but when I was a kid "Sue Farming" was my absolute favorite.
How did I manage to not only play, but to enjoy a game I absolutely didn't understand? Well it wasn't that different from the english games. I didn't speak english back then so I was just guessing what things meant, so I did the same with Sue games. I became really good at guessing (and there was a lot of trial and error lol)
Edit: OH MY GOD SUE'S RAMEN SHOP!!!!!!!
I remember pretty much making up what was happening in that story-game since i didnt speak korean, and now i rly wanna play it again omg
you can find this scene in youtube if you dig a little and yeah, she *did* slap him !
I'm from Argentina and I loved playing Sue games, especially the one where you have to find her stuff all over her room and then dress her up, I could never beat it tho. I remember being absolutely obsessed with these games as a kid
Aguante Star Sue!!!!
I mean avatar is spelt avata so probably
isn't it pronounced just as "sue" for english speakers? because when koreans write the term super in hangul, it becomes (슈)퍼 (shu/syu) which in english is simply just "super". so by that logic, isn't it supposed to be pronounced as su for english speakers since it is derived from the word "SUperstar"? sorry if the comment came out a bit condescending, I'm just a bit confused 😅
Damn she's really putting the "Sue" in "Mary Sue"
I was not ready to be hit with this much nostalgia, full-on core memory unlocked. I remember as a kid I would play a handful of Korean dress up games and remember Sue but never knew her name and hardly understood what I was doing half the time because of it being in Korean but but her flashy design did stand out and for years I would remember her just never her name. Until now, so I'm happy to finally learn the lore of Sue. xD
Also I remember that hair-dressing game and thought it was a normal hair-dressing game where you could do whatever you want but again I didn't know Korean. And I remember kinda when I got a game over of Sue looking pissed at me and I was so confused of what I did wrong, 6 year old me just wanted was a regular hair-dressing game and didn't knew it had to be done in a correct way.
All nostalgia aside, can I just say how much I love your voice?! It's so calming and sweet, I could listen to you all day long
sue, at least in the webseries, is canonically 10, as the primary intended audience for it was younger children (as mentioned in the video, the franchise was created by a large snack manufacturing company in korea - and of course, the exposure of snack-related content for impressionable children would mean huge increase in sales). but when turning into her magical idol self, she takes on the appearance of an older girl, seemingly late teens to early 20s, probably because of the chokehold that a korean idol, lee hyori, had on all sorts of media at the time of its initial release. she had a huge influence on basically every trend during that era meaning girls would dress more "sexy" and "mature" in comparison to the prior trends for femininity, being soft, cute, and more "childlike".
realistically, makes no sense whatsoever that she looks so old post transformation, but then again she's just some kid who has a magic wand and do a hannah montana transformation and no one recognizes her.
for the sue games franchise, i think some games are set in an alternate universe (e.g. the frozen chocolate game where she's broke so she needs to sell frozen chocos for a new dress), whilst others are either at least semi-canonical or maybe a bit further in the future
Maybe she's time traveling, and taking turns controlling her younger self and her older self
Perhaps she baked herself a... *Choc-arina of Time*
44:22 This is the earliest documented appearance of a Crewmate from Among Us.

So glad I found your channel!
me too! i’ve definitely added some of sue’s clothing to my style boards on pinterest lol
@@leninouche4508 It's always fun yo surprise people with a style, I wish you the best in this era of urs, thanks for answering
As a Korean, this is super nostalgic and interesting. Had absolutely no idea many ppl liked it! Thank you for the video. ✨️✨️✨️
15:00 the clothes you pick will dictate how many pieces of chocolate you'll have to make. Fill one whole shape with pink chocolate then add a layer of brown chocolate, and finish with a popsicle. Use the pink button to freeze it and pick out all the chocolate on the place. This was based on actual chocolate that was sold in Korea (see Haitai Choco Kit)
I love this video!
Here‘s a tutorial for every haircut:
For the first haircut cut bangs and the remaining six strands once each.
Optionally you can add the rose to finish it up.
i'm from Chile and even i was obsessed with Sue
had no idea what any of the games said but it didn't stop me from playing it for hours trying to decipher it
in retrospect, the fact no one ever translated the game was somewhat brilliant, it forced kids like me to replay the same game non stop to get what we presumed was the "good ending"
I still love playing flash games!
how can u play. It says i cant play it cuz flash has been discontinued..
@@CherryBerry-jn1jy I know I am 2 years late, but with FlashPoint you can play all the flash games you want.
The fact that I beat sues chocolate candy maker without a guide feeds my ego everyday 😎

This is the wildest channel growth I think I've ever seen, and I just wanted to say congrats + you are doing amazing!!
ikr i found her first video and went to look for more and there were none
she does not miss
I'm from a rural town in Germany and LOVED the Sue games.
I didn't understand anything, but I just trial and errored thrse games like there was no tomorrow. I especially loved the doll maker, the knitting game and the one with the potions (which, yikes, looking at it now, it's not great lmao). I'm so happy to see a video on this!
I’m from Sweden, and I also loved the Sue games. Also, you’re absolutely right about the not understanding the instructions thing.
Sue casually making cookies that make people fall in love: Love Potion Drugging Time!
i loved sue games as a kid but didnt understand a lick of wqhat it was saying , a lot of the aspects like Making things "Ugly" on purpose were always a turnoff to me because i was a really conscious child that making fun of people for being fat or else was like, Bad and bully behavior, but the art style always caught my attention and the fashion really seem to have left a big impact on me the more i look at it.
the series recap is WILD to me, seems like it really went for a combination of like, shoujo but also gag anime tropes, the flash animation is very expressive for what it is, lots of plays with angles and expressions, definitely will give a try at drawing lilla ominously shrouded in shadows and holding scissors , lots of redraw screenshot potential, thank you for talking about this love ur stuff!
It does look like magical DoReMi omg!!
Oh god, THAT'S WHAT YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO DO ON THE POTION GAME? I always just picked what I thought were the prettiest potions and got frustrated with the results! But, weirdly enough, I was also quite good with the first candy maker one, it's pretty similar to the windows one, except for the crazy timer
the song in the beginning unlocked something in the depth my brain i never thought i would see again 😭🙏
I wanna ask if anyone else did too, but I assume that was just me haha
Thank you for making this video, I loved Sue games as a kid and still do now
When I played I always assumed she was around 15, to me it justified all the oddities (7 years olds think that 15 is "so mature" lol)
i assumed the same thing! no idea why lol
...honestly I kinda wish Sue got a full animated series now. Could be a fun lil watch.
Lol I used to play Sue games a lot even though I didn't understand anything. Keep the good work! I'm loving your content a lot! 💖
Just remember that in the spanish girlsgogames server people started spreading that sue was a demon who will go your house at night and eat your eyes while you were sleeping. I believed every single word of that story for almost a year 😂😂
@@xianwho i remember that omg
@@eatsteas me too! 😊
@@xianwho whoa, I didn’t know that part...😳
The haunted house story was what I remember the most.
I thought it was really heartwarming how Sue helped the little girl move on. Though I thought the ghost girl wanted to attack Sue for trespassing, I’m glad to know it was more mundane.
I also remembered the soccer one and thought it was strange that they were dressed as devils.
i legit started crying when i saw the thumbnail. i forgot all about these games yet i was obsessed with them as a kid
(Holly Hobbie: Best Friends Forever was the name of the episode/special)
a lot of the game you mentioned being difficult were actually the simple ones for me, while the "simple" ones were difficult 🫠🫠
especially the chocolate one at 15:00, it's pretty simple if you've ever eaten the chocolate in real life! i used to buy those when i was in secondary school, and they came with a paper doll-esque sticker pack that you can dress sue up with!
the factory ones are easy with trial and error! The time limit sucks but also its easy to restart as much as you want
that language barrier... i think that is literally every memory i connect with internet games.
"cancelled Shane Dawson style" you dealt me 2d6 Psychic damage, thank you
This unlocked a part of my childhood I'd forgotten about, but now I can remember spending HOURS playing these, especially the dog salon and the item finding/room search game, oh my goodness I was OBSESSED
As a child I think I didn't even realize that the games weren't in a language that I understood 😬
i'd love to see you cover the myscene franchise. honestly i'd watch anything you put out

I'm from Indonesia, and Sue's ramen cooking game is my favorite. I remember when I was a kid to always fantasizing to ate those ramens.
I came from your bunny maloney video and it's so cool you have a video on Sue because I loveddddd her as a kid and I still do to be honest
The "Sue's Frozen Chocolate" game is basically a Sue's version of Cinderella.
(You choose the dress , you make enough chocolate(number is depend on "price" of the outfit you pick) , and now Sue can transform in a princess.
How much chocolate do you need to make for each outfit?
All of the outfits look like they cost a fortune haha.
@@Creatorsan Depend on which one you choose(Each one has different price).....but the minimum is 10 piece of choco if my memory are correct.......for a pair of shoes or a hair style.(So if you only choose this one , you will end up with a Sue that wears a fancy pair of shoe/fancy hair , and in her underwear.)
Those outfit do cost a fortune , and TBH I never able to beat the game with a completed outfit.
OH MY GOD I REMEMBER EVERYTHING!!! All the sue games were buried in my subconscious but holy fuck what a blast.
I have never heard of Sue before this video but she looks a lot like Doremi from Ojamajo Doremi
Actually, the episodes kind of have some things in common with the show.
What problematic elements did the show had? Are you talking about Sue or Ojamajo Doremi
@@AngelicMilkyYT I was referring to Sue and the racist content that was in the web series that was offensive.
@@Twilightsonata-w7p oh I see
Yeah I instantly clocked this for heavily referencing Doremi and I've never even watched the anime. I had recognized the character design.
It also reminded me a bit of ParaKiss with the fashion. They definitely referenced heavily from Japanese stuff.
11:26 For the Sue Clothing Maker, I loved the black, blue and pink skirt and I only recreated/sew the pink skirt, that my friends loved it on me
12:58 I loved playing the Sue ramen shop, though I didn't love how it ended 😅
15:12 Sue beauty room and 17:30 Sue sneaky snack, omg I enjoyed playing them
i know i say this in every single video you post but i think we lived the exact same childhood. i’m so excited to watch this one. AHHH
you’re my parasocial bff
I had no clue there were so many knock-offs and a whole doll line for the brand.
thank you so much for translating. i was logged out but logged back in just to like the video and say thanks. amazing video!
“Koreans can be culturally appropriative too”😭😭
I can't believe how many of those games I played without realizing they were related. Also most of the objectives in these games apparently completely blew over my head
