Your videos look like an honest review not sponsored by any company. I have always used Tefal non stick cookware. Now I want to switch to steel. We make a lot of non vegetarians food which means more of frying. Do you think all non stick is bad for health?

The main criteria is thickness of aluminium middle layer.I tried Vinod platinum as bergner was not available in stores.Is thickness specified on the box?or you measured it.please tell.thanks

jee aap ka explained bahuth acha hai, aap ne Liya so item same mere liye order karna hai, 3.9 litre two models hai one is deep, and another one is round flat kadai same you purchased type, I like second one. first one deep kadai 3.9 litre 2777,another one 2995 Rs my konsa price ka kaisa order karna hai, my name is pramila I am 63 year old, please help me exactly how can I order?
In bergner only one type of kadai that is 3.9 ltr with 28 cm diameter because it have no extra deep Kadai like Vinod
Is this kadhai have 18/10 cr ni pure stainless steel? 18/10 cromium nikal is the grade or u can say quality of stainless steel. This must be written on the bottom of ur base.
It's 18/10 Aluminium Stainless Steel.

I recently bought two of d products ...1)3.9 litr wok 2) 22×5 cm fry pan .....but both d products do not have measuring scale inside as mentioned in description...n also d label or sticker r different in both d products......I bought frm Amazon ....So I am confused if d products r duplicate.....Plzz provide any idea about dis
Measuring scale may have been removed in newer version. With time and usage it will also wash away.
I think measuring is in steel sauce pan only, not in kadhaai.
Please let me know if Stahl cookware is good compared to Bergner

The trick is to use slightly more oil. Use better oil. See recent video.
Maine kadai li hai maine fries fry kiye the and kadai ka rang change ho gaya hai.kya ye duplicate hogi
U u heat without it will change color. Also if you do cooking on high flame it will change color.
Plz make a vedio on difference between original & duplicate bergner product... There are many reviews of duplicate product of bergner on amazon

If you want affordable Indian brand and premium looking steel then go with vinod otherwise go for bergner for convex edge and more corrosion resistance according to specification

Yes. You can. Deep fry needs oil mainly. As it heste quickly so it's good.

Hard anodized cookware is best and safe, it is durable and non reactive metal also ☺..
It looks like everything is sticking to these pans ... don't buy steel utensils if you are planning to make curries without gravy ...
