the handle has to according to the saucepan weight .... otherwise if the handle is too big saucepan will fall off ... it cant sit on the stove ... thats why the handle is not longer

Dear Sir, Please tell the viewers, what is the percentage of steel and Aluminum in Triply utensils. I bought one Triply Kadai from Reliance Smart Bazar in Chennai which is manùfactured in Kancheepuram, Tamilnadu. I used it one time and the inside metal coating peeled off here and there. Next day I returned to Reliance and they changed with other products. Over the packing it was written that the Triply consists of 99.8% Aluminium. If so where is the steel presence. Any Triply will not withstand rough and tough use. More delicate than Terracotta materials. Please confirm sir.

Boss, your fundas are not clear. You don't know the difference between plastic and bakelite. Of course this looks like sponsored by Bergner. Let me mention what you didn't. You buy any costly stuff made of stainless steel, it will burn until and unless you cook your tea on med to low flame. Stainless steel pans are OK because of the large surface area at the bottom as the flame doesn't reach the sides. Tea pans have smaller bottoms and hence they get burnt from the sides. Tri ply is of two types. One is just the bottom tri ply, the other is whole tri ply. Even the whole tri ply will burn in the case of tea pans. Sadly, the only convenient tea pan is aluminium but now a days you can get diecast aluminium which is granite coated or ceramic coated or even hard anodised which is perfectly safe. So, buddy get your facts right before you come blurting your half knowledge in favour of sponsors.😅
