In stainless steel kadai or fry pan when we make stir fry sabji in it it gets burnt

Its tryply. It means it has 3 layers sas bottom means steel,alluminum and steel. So if you cook food in medium or lower flame it wont get burned.
Is the Bergner saute pan tripro or argent?
Argent for classly look tripo for cheap look but same benifit
