Thank you Mr Idrees. I fixed the fat model. It was a shorted capacitor on the rear side of the board. It caused short on the 12v rail everywhere. Now it boots up after cap removed. Only prob now is USB ports not working.... Have u made any videos on USB port diagnostics?

Testing FETs with a digital oscilloscope is quite similar to using an analog one. Here’s how you can go about it: Just like with an analog scope, connect the probes to measure voltage between the gate, drain, and source of the FET. Apply a small voltage to the gate to see if it turns the FET on. With the scope, observe the gate voltage-if it stays steady, that’s a good sign. Check the drain-to-source voltage or current once the gate is powered. A healthy FET will show a stable waveform when conducting.

I will if I find one with the said issue. If someone swapped the NOR chip with another motherboard, that could be one of the reason.
