What a game changer! It's a nuisance having to seal things under the best of circumstances, but with winter on the way it's going to be great to have a waterslide option that doesn't require trekking out in the cold!
Very cool. Glad they came out with the clear water slide paper too. I swear you just can’t beat an epson printer. It’s the only printers I’ve ever had and they last forever. At least 50 years now and still have the first one I ever had downstairs. Can’t part with it. Love that water slide design too. ❤❤❤ this tutorial. 🥰
@@RaesTurquoiseTurtle I hear ya on the ink costs. Mine went up too and that’s why I retired the ancient one. Lol. But they work a long long time. I actually had no clue that we live close. I’m in CT.
Awesome tumblers! I'm super excited they finally came out with clear no need to spray waterslide, I can't wait to try it. I live in Maine so it's pretty much impossible to go outside during the winter to spray seal waterslides. I find clear sticker paper too thick sometimes, unfortunately I'm stuck using it in cold or rainy weather. This product is definitely a game changer. Thank you for sharing this with us.
That's exactly the boat I was in finding clear Vinyl sticker paper too thick but waterslide impossible to seal from November to April. I have asked my rep about the clear since the day the white arrived! When she told me in late July or early August it was coming in September I did suck a happy dance 🤣
I never seal any inkjet Printable vinyl HTVRONT and Koala Matte White are my faves. Clear can be hit or miss though I'd have to look at my stash to see which I liked best there.
I did I love that printer I'm actually going to make a short video update on them since I've had the first for 18 months now almost and the one I use for Sublimation nearly a year now.
I'm not sure I haven't had any issues with it. What type of printer did you use and did you print at the recommended setting. I know sometimes if you print at higher quality settings than recommended depending on the material....
They’re both beautiful, but now I have a question about Koala clear sticker paper. I recently printed an image for an eraser and it printed and went on beautifully, however, once I put UV resin on it, the image clouded. I never had to spray seal my HTV ront or cricut sticker paper and I couldn’t find anywhere on the packaging where it said I should. Do you know why that would happen?
A 2 part epoxy resin or actual uvresin? It possibly got too hot curing and loosened up the ink? Or did you maybe print at too high a print quality? I've done that by accident and had it have a little excess ink that smudged...
@@RaesTurquoiseTurtle it was UV resin, not epoxy. It happened on a tumbler I did too using epoxy, so maybe I’ll just stick with Cricut brand or HTV Ront cuz it never happened with those. Thanks for brainstorming 😀. Also, I’m gonna shoot you a quick email regarding something off topic and personal. And by the way, I use the cup I bought from you (my husband Jack’s racing cup) every single day!
I was tried to use the same products which is NO NEED TO SPRAY clear . I tried to rinse inside the water but once I applied into a surface, the ink start to goes away and create ink spots(ruin my ink).
@@RaesTurquoiseTurtle Yeah! I applied with the face down. It was the same brand as you shown on the video. and once I applied into water, firstly was fine, but after I leave for about couple minutes, it looks like that the ink start to spread. I use a inkjet printer. I don’t even coat the water slide decal.
I'm not sure why it does that sometimes. I've noticed it won't layer onto itself without lifting. I haven't used it for a smaller image than a full wrap.
This has horrible reviews. It says the ends curls and the ink ran when put in water. Can you comment about this? I don't want to waste my money if I purchase and it doesn't work
The ink has never run on mine and the only edge that has curled is where I've overlapped it to itself. I have seen others have major issues with it that I haven't experienced though. I think if you live in an area where you can seal waterslide and its working for you I would just stick to that.

Gorgeous cups Rae! That no seal clear waterslide paper is going to be a lifesaver!!
Definitely my guy is extra sensitive to clear sealer and I have to leave them outside forever which is not possible in a blizzard 🤣
@@RaesTurquoiseTurtle I completely understand that. Or in the rain. Lol
These are beautiful, I'm exciting about the No Spray clear Thanks for sharing!
I was thrilled by it getting made! So so happy!

My old printer was an epson and a workhorse I had it for 12 years but the ink cost was killing me!

Ahh ya can’t even tell where the booboos are. Very pretty and the colors are so bright. Thanks Rae 👏😊👍
I may just pinstripe the one with the little wrinkles....
Beautiful. Love those colors.
Thanks I really loves this set as a book and coffee lover ❤️

I love the white I use for my nail decals. I just ordered 2 clear packages came today cant wait to use it .
Can you let me know how it goes ? And what setting do you use for the white ?
Sheryl these are gorgeous 😍 Now that they have no spray waterslide paper i have to try it. Great video hon.❤
It's a gamechanger for me!
Great.. thanks for such good information...I hate spraying waterslide . Hugs Sheryl 💙🎨💙
Me too! 🤣
Love the No spray waterslides!! Wish I could find some No spray printable vinyl! Do you know of such a thing?

Where did you get the mini squeegee thingy from to get rid of bubbles on the bottles once you have laid down the decal?
The are silicone foundation brushes you can find them all over online and most of mine have actually come from the makeup section of the dollar tree!
Soooo pretty, & vibrant colors 😊 Rae did you print them on your Epson printer?

I just tried this paper last night. When I put it in the water, the colors ran and all came off….what did I do wrong?

What is the product you used to coat in the end?
My sheets instruct to bake for 15 min after applying, is that not necessary?
