This happened to me but mine I was able to see water moisture build up on my head lights I took it to an infiniti dealer and was told it was normal and that it's a vented system I told them no it's not and they provided me the the service builtin, to my surprise it is normal but it also says is there is water build up on the bottom then it's not and needs to be replaced, I saw that I had water build up but still was denied service I opened a case with infiniti consumer and was finally approved replacement! Just make sure you're still under warranty.
