its because the chromebooks how enrollment chips you have to manually take out of the chromebook then replace with an unenrolled one which could be 20$ or 30$, worth it, but you will need to be careful trying to change it because all chromebooks are different and one mistake and its all done for
I think the way to remove enterprise enrollment off of a Chromebook is to disable write protection which varies via different models, then turn OS verification off, then make a chrome OS recovery usb and plug it in, then enter recovery mode (press and hold esc and refresh then press power) and the system should take over. I have not tested this so idk if it works.
