What a beautiful video, perfectly made! Thank you Tecknowledgist! I started playing, watching and following baseball religiously as a kid for a few years before 2001, as a Yankee fan during their 98-2000 dynasty. By the time Ichiro came in, I quickly became a huge fan and he became my favorite player! I would watch as many of his games as possible on the sports streaming websites and on Local TV whenever he played against Yankees or Mets. He was such a unique and rare talent with his amazing contact, speed, fielding, arm, etc. I was so thrilled when he came to the Yankees! And even into his 40s he could still run and play with the best of them. It was a pleasure watching him play and break 80 year old records, I will forever be grateful to have done so. He was such a humble and generous person too, a class act, a jokester, an all around fun person, which you could see in this video.
