The boots are supposed to be stiff. They are protective motorcycle boots. If you get a pair of red wings it’s the same idea they are still going to be stiff if you break them in because they are for work they’re supposed to protect your feet. If you check out Indy ridges, return policy is very favorable to the customer. Do you have a problem? Let them know and they can do something for you.
