    Bio: Ruslan KD is a Christian RUclipsr of Armenian descent who was a refugee from Baku, Azerbaijan, before moving to the United States as a child. He started his RUclips channel in the mid-2010s, which has since grown into a popular platform for discussing faith, lifestyle, and music. Known for his insightful commentary on Christian living, culture, and personal development, Ruslan has built a community of followers who value his thoughtful approach to contemporary issues. In addition to his RUclips presence, Ruslan is a speaker, author, and advocate for godly ambition, often addressing topics related to leadership, mental health, and the integration of faith in everyday life.
    Our mission is to encourage, empower, and inspire people to live a life that Blesses God, in accordance with His word. As the Psalmist proclaims, "Bless God in the great congregation, the Lord, O you who are of Israel's fountain" (Psalm 68:26 ESV), and "Every day will I bless Thee; and I will praise Thy name forever and ever" (Psalm 145:2 KJV). Just as Simeon, after encountering Jesus, "took him up in his arms and blessed God" (Luke 2:28 ESV), we seek to lead others in a life of stewardship, relevant engagement, and practical living that honors and blesses the Lord.

    Problem is that in the UK if you asked the person who you employed to remove the flag you might have been arrested and shut down. Recently a ladies operation was cancelled in the UK because she didn't want a man who identified as a female involved in her personal care. Teachers are having a tough time even if a child identifies as a cat. Christian Concern UK thankfully support Christians who lose their jobs.

    I believe some men get so overwhelmed by ministry and so much pressure from their calling that they sabotage their own ministry so that they can be disqualified from ministry instead of realizing that they are permitted transition out of ministry to the marketplace. I happen to believe it’s “easier” to leave via failure than leave by choice. The latter is much harder for people to understand and comes with a different type / degree of difficulty. Because people have an misinformed understanding of calling. And a wrongful expectation of pastors and their calling.
    So pastors you can transition out of ministry and still have a ministry that can bring glory to God.

    As a reminder to us, parents have the right to mess up their child. Remember the double edge sward…empower parents are able to make better decisions.
    If you have the right to remove your child from a class at school. You MUST be willing to allow another parent to transformer there child.
    Preach!!! Cast vision and not be reactionary!!!! It is biblical to cast vision and be at the grassroots of culture. It is not biblical for a secular government to legislate morality.

    Ruslan, please get ND Wilson on. I'm thinking that Shane is talking about a different Doug Wilson. To ND's own admission, his book, "Notes from the Tilt-A-Whirl" was banned from Christian bookstores. He actually messed with Sho Baraka about beating him to banning...since Sho's album was also banned. Anyways, get him on. He's been slightly controversial but not for unfaithfulness or anything.

    I was tracking with this pastor, thinking he has good perspective and solid theology, then I hear “I work 7 days a week.”
    You gotta take a weekly Sabbath my man! That’s God’s design, and He designed it FOR you! There’s no possible way your responsibilities as pastor are more important than honoring the sabbath. Keep it Holy!

    So I got curious hearing this "spiritual covering" thing and a quick google search and read-through of a GotQuestions page said that it was a term that is usually used in the context of the "Shepherding Movement" which "has received well-deserved criticism for its cult-like manipulation and intimidation tactics and its emphasis on the non-biblical idea of a “spiritual covering.”" 🙊😬 (I'm not trying to imply anything about you guys btw but it may deserve some research)
    Sheila Wray Gregoire actually addresses such things as well so just another relevant reason to check her out. ^^
    Otherwise very interesting conversation! May God help us to build each other up in his love and wisdom.

      Any biblical principle can be taken to extremes and perverted, and I think this is one of those. Accountability and authority are essential for believers, but people can also use these to manipulate and abuse. We gotta know the difference between health and sickness bro. It's on us to submit to healthy authority and recognize unhealthy authority.

    When it comes to women pastors, I think the stronger argument to not have them in spiritual leadership might reside to testing beyond semantics of scripture, though still inspired from. ‘Should a woman lead’ is different than ‘can a woman lead’. I believe men and women are what they eat (consume) and the nature of the sexes become blurred when we think leadership does not have a subliminal aspect, if not a whole substrate of imitation.
    Want more effeminate men? then I think having more women leaders could make that happen. How do we approach the problem?

    • @Blablablahx3
      @Blablablahx3 Год назад

      But does having men as leaders make women more manly?
      Sorry maybe I'm missing your point but I don't find it clear what you're saying.

    • @kveldulfpride
      @kveldulfpride Год назад

      @@Blablablahx3 I dunno. If it does, then is it actually worse than having effeminate male leadership? Are women more prone to imitate than men?
      What I'm saying is that ideally gender roles should be a consideration in society, for various things. It should be pretty self-evident why. Is it absolute, no - it's a generality and should not be a thing enforced by civil government.

    It's fascinating to hear this discussion between two people who are uninvolved in the world's system like schools. While you are in your own bubble, it's easy to infer why people are leaving these systems and more should be in there. Just not you... and the people who are threatened, reported and fired for speaking out operate in silos. You won't even say the word trans for fear of repercussions, but academic workers should fight in an unsupported space. LOL such hypocrisy.

    Christians are probably the most generous group in the World.
    We open our wallets to give offerings for special community projects weekly.
    We were told WE must care for our Community, not the Government. We are to care for the orphan, the widow, the sick, the poor. But also care for the prosperous.
    Look at the parable of the talents. We are to be responsible with our provisions.
    We must give God glory in every penny.
    We can always find a few dollars and if the Spirit moves you to generosity we must obey.
    Give as much as you can,
    and Give God the glorification of that giving. Be responsible, and generous.

    I wonder if one day we will talk differently about women leaders in the church and just women leaders in general with a new lens just like the church used to actively discriminate against Black American leaders in the church and still do.
    But I’m sure it’s because God only created women to be submissive right.
    Mother raises sons a lot as single moms because men abandoned the family but women can’t preach, speak into and help men develop at all without tearing them down because they don’t have anything to bring to the table if they aren’t married.

    It’s all about’ inclusivity ‘ but the narrative will not be tolerant of anyone who disagrees. June used to be my favourite month of the year, but now I can’t wait til. It’s over. All this strife and friction is very depressing, but I don’t appreciate being force fed an ideology. The problem as I see it is the people in this. community only seem to use their sexual preferences as their identity. We are all so much more than our sexuality. Sex belongs in the privacy of our home, does not need to be constantly made public. Focus more on our individual strengths and personalities, not on sexual preferences.
