There's just this effortless grace to the way Uniek walks as if she's gliding. So very smooth. I noticed none of the other horse you've ridden has that same smooth gait, canter, and posture like her. Truly a special horse. Plus, Uniek is a very good mother.
Johnny has the prettiest mane and tail. Oda does a beautiful job with him and he loves the attention. RS and Uniek have such an amazing bond. I love hearing them call to each other. The queen is just the best mother. 💜💜💜💜💜💜

Yvonne's manner of handling these mares and foals is so refreshing to see. So many so-called horse people don't know what they're doing, and the horses suffer for it. I enjoy these videos so much because I love to see things done properly. There are no shortcuts. Good horsemanship takes time in order to have happy horses. It is obvious that Uniek is very well trained... and obedient... Even when called ( constantly) by her foal!! Have heard of incidents when this did NOT go well.. and the mare simply ignored her rider, hightailing it back to the foal!! That could have dangerous results! So! To all those of you " out there" who think they know better than StalG staff, kindly re think it! As can be observed. Here, in living colour, Uniek, the foals, All animals at this- and guessing every other stable in the district- are well treated, both physically and emotionally...... It is very obvious to anyone with a reasonable outlook .... Sorry, but not sorry, to all the doubters, agitators, who sometimes have no idea!! Yes, this is a business... @@intelligenceissexy3733 I'm sorry you feel that way, but it was, after all, just a 7- minute ride at a walk, and Uniek was not punished in any way for her vocalizations. She was merely communicating with her foal, assuring him that she wasn't far away. I see nothing wrong with Yvonne wanting to get her mare back in shape gradually like this. As she said, both the mare and foal need to learn to get used to it (in this gentle manner). She kept petting and reassuring Uniek while calmly walking around the arena. It's not as though she was asking for flying lead changes. RS learned that Mom won't be gone long. It's obvious that he's too young for weaning, but a little bit of separation while Mom gets some exercise is not a bad thing in my humble opinion. Have a nice day.

Your bond with Unique is beautiful. I truly understand as I’ve recently lost my beautiful, brilliant Rocky Mountain Horse. We had a bond the likes of which I cannot explain. It touched me deep in my soul. We totally understood each other and enjoyed each other’s company. She blessed my life. I miss her so much.
Rising Star did not liking having his Mom away, even for such a short amount of time! The calls between him and Uniek while she was in the arena were very sweet. A mother and son that miss each other!
Dear Uniek! So concerned about her boy, but still she did what Yvonne asked her to do--well, pretty much!😂 And of course RS was letting the whole world know he was unhappy! No patience at all! I notice that all the foals go straight for the dairy when they are reunited with their moms. It can't be that they are starving, because they don't take time to suckle. It seems to be what they need for reassurance: "Okay, that's really my mem!"💕
Johnny is one good looking pony with a Johnny Cash vibe. He exudes bravado when he's standing.😄 Finally, Uniek's and RS's bond is deeper than I expected. Hearing and watching them call out to one another made me a bit anxious for what the Queen would do if the ride did not end soon. But, then again, Uniek has respect for and trust in Yvonne that she knew all would be well.
Uniek seems even more bonded to Risy than the other moms to their foals. It will be interesting to see how they react to each other after he is weaned.
I wonder if some of Uniek & RS's separation anxiety comes from those first 24 hrs. "We lost each other once, not letting it happen again". Yvonne, you two look awesome under saddle. And Johnny, always looks great. Oda did a wonderful job with him.

Johnny's Wild forelock! Well, it's gorgeous! And it's also some Majorly long hair. My Washashe TB Mare, she had what I called: "A bad toupee' " forelock. If I braided it, it was about 3 1/2 inches long...if I let it out- that was the very bad toupee look🤭 Yes Yvonne, the keeping of horses, never stops😉 and takes all your time... but it keeps one's ❤ content . Rising voice of RISING 🌟 Sanne say's, Little dude, your friends are here for you, chilllax and sushhhhh! How tall is that Queen Uniek? You didn't use a mounting block, looked very easy for you! In my youth, I did that, till I found out it stressed the wither on my mare to tork my self on her from the ground( I'm only 5'4) she was 15'3. She was chill when in same stable as her Sorrel Stallion Rising S.. but now, look at upwards trotting. Your smile is adorable! Yea, tons of activity and noise outside. Good desensitization. Mine would have gotten so uppity (she was rather A.D.D. no concentration in area if she got overwhelmed by noise activity). Oh... back in the stable... so relieved and Chill now Uniek! Ah, yea... thought maybe she'd decide to go on back to her Sorrel Stallion RS😉 All that frienzy bustle bustle in the stall, made him HUNGRY!!! He's such a friendly boy with people, yet it's so easy to see why you don't turn him out with other horses when he passes their stables 😂😍😂😍! Uniek and Rising Star definitely have an incredible bond, and she's such a good mem to him, the way she's calling back to him to tell him that she was nearby and would be back to see him soon 😍😍😍😍. Uniek is so brave - Heather would be a nervous wreck with all that noise going on outside the arena where she couldn't see it - even though she's twenty four next year 😂😂. Rising Star is definitely a little drama king, yet he's such a cutie 😂😍! Straight to the milk bar when mummy comes home from work 😂😂.

RS is such a mama’s boy for sure! It just about killed me, when he would call to her, and she would call back. I was impressed that she was staying right on task during this whole ordeal-well or course she can! Most women are good at multitasking 🤩! I know that she will get better with time. It’s just part of the process, but it tore at my heart...

Indeed, Johnny is the most beautiful pony I've ever seen, bar none. I hope he has LOTS of babies in the world! For size, Queen Uniek is just about her own category, eh? It's a very good thing she's smart and friendly! And definitely, Rising Star is a lively little fellow. One thing I have come to appreciate about Stal G, is you folks take the horses' concerns quite seriously, and include them in with your plans when you're working with them. I have seen some...ah..."handlers" who are too self absorbed when they work with a horse, and so of course they don't get very good results.

My neighbors 2 doors down told me that their kitten sneaks out sometimes and they always find it resting in front of my door. Meditation has good vibes and animals can be sensitive to that so I imagine that attracts the kitten. I love Johnny in particular because he has a captivating personality and he's a beautiful stallion

I loved this video ( I love them all actually) -it was really interesting to observe the reactions of RS and Uniek - they do indeed have a close bond. I love that you share all of these moments with us without editing much out. It’s worth noting that one can always tap forward 15 seconds if they find the scenes aren’t moving along quickly enough. My Washashe TB Mare, she had what I called: "A bad toupee' " forelock.
If I braided it, it was about 3 1/2 inches long...if I let it out- that was the very bad toupee look🤭

In my youth, I did that, till I found out it stressed the wither on my mare to tork my self on her from the ground( I'm only 5'4) she was 15'3.
She was chill when in same stable as her Sorrel Stallion Rising S.. but now, look at upwards trotting. Your smile is adorable! Yea, tons of activity and noise outside.
Good desensitization. Mine would have gotten so uppity (she was rather A.D.D. no concentration in area if she got overwhelmed by noise activity).
Oh... back in the stable... so relieved and Chill now Uniek!

I think Johnny is feeling better, too, since that big awful ugly molar was extracted and now he's handsome again under Oda's very nimble braiding fingers. This is very timely because sometimes I "guilt trip" on the past and remember things I've done in youthful ignorance or callousness! We had a Dartmoor pony, just like Johnny. He lived to be 38yrs old! Such a wonderful little character, very feisty boy. Whenever I see Johnny, I see our boy beauts, they’re identical 🥰.

RS is such a mama’s boy for sure! It just about killed me, when he would call to her, and she would call back. I was impressed that she was staying right on task during this whole ordeal-well or course she can! Most women are good at multitasking 🤩!

Indeed, Johnny is the most beautiful pony I've ever seen, bar none. I hope he has LOTS of babies in the world! For size, Queen Uniek is just about her own category, eh? It's a very good thing she's smart and friendly! And definitely, Rising Star is a lively little fellow. One thing I have come to appreciate about Stal G, is you folks take the horses' concerns quite seriously, and include them in with your plans when you're working with them. I have seen some...ah..."handlers" who are too self absorbed when they work with a horse, and so of course they don't get very good results.
Isn’t that for sure! I’ve seen the same thing … not so good for either horse or handler, it would seem.
Johnny was zoned out!! Never saw him so quiet, not tossing his head or prancing around. He must have been hypnotized by the brushing and braiding.
Maybe because that bad molar was pulled also sedated him?
I bet that was very soothing to Johnny to have his hair combed out and braided.

My neighbors 2 doors down told me that their kitten sneaks out sometimes and they always find it resting in front of my door. Meditation has good vibes and animals can be sensitive to that so I imagine that attracts the kitten. I love Johnny in particular because he has a captivating personality and he's a beautiful stallion

-it was really interesting to observe the reactions of RS and Uniek - they do indeed have a close bond. I love that you share all of these moments with us without editing much out. It’s worth noting that one can always tap forward 15 seconds if they find the scenes aren’t moving along quickly enough. As for me, I think that the real-time pace is wonderful, we don’t often get this in commercial films/videos so it’s a real treat and it makes your channel very special.
