    Wow sir,Crystal clear explanation.
    When the lecture & your interesting way of explanation over ,it never came to know.
    Your all lectures consist of very beautifully as well as compactly designed content ,without even a single unnecessary word like many of other famous channels so full credit goes to your hardwork.
    👉My conclusion is that this channel is comparatively much under-rated with respect to it's actual potential.
    But i hope that your hardwork will definitely be fruitful
    Best of luck sir👍👏👏❤

    Thanks, for mentioning 174 (4) R/w 175 BNS for Comlaint to Magistrate, which earlier used to write 156(3) CrPc.
    Kindly privide the clear corresponding section of IPC to BNS for, complaint to police then complaint to SP

    Exolanation is excellen.....bit confuse Sir if sp himself or subordinate will investigate the case then how he will investigate the case without registering a case in ps.

      I appreciate your observation. In my opinion, (as per literal interpretation) the SP has power to investigate the matter without registering FIR but it will create practical problem regarding number of case.
      Another interpretation is as below
      As per section 36 CrPC and it correspinding section 36 BNSS gives power to senior officer (senior to Officer in charge of Police Station) to exercise all the power of given by the code/Sanhita to Officer in charge of Police Station. Hence, SP can get FIR registered in any police station under his jurisdiction and then proceed to investigate.

    Sub sec 3 mein permission mandatory clause nahi yaha 'shall' nahi 'may' use kiya kya hai.

    • @Legallamp
      @Legallamp  Месяц назад

      Agar Preliminary enquiry karna chahti hai police to persion necessary hogi. May police ko discretion di gai haibki vah chahe to Preliminary inquiry kar sakti hai uske liye "may" use kiya hai. Jaise hi police enquiry ko choose karegi to fir without pwlermissiin of Dy. Superintendent of Police enquiry nahi kar payegi.
