In 2000 I was in boot camp and they came to play at the base in Fort Sill Oklahoma with Tonic. Our reward for passing our Physical Fitness test was being able to go to the concert. 4 years later I am stationed in Italy and they came to that base to open for Joan Jett. The night before that concert they were in the bar on base and I got to talk to them about the show at Fort Sill. They were the coolest dudes ever!

I was in basic, FT Sill. 2007. I grew up in the deserts of Arizona. First time I saw snow fall I was running in an Oklahoma blizzard for the US Army! 🏜🤘

I ordered the pay-per-view for the weekend. I remember seeing them cut over to oleander right after James Brown finished. I had never heard of these guys, and ran out and bought the CD a few days after the festival. Definitely an act that has been overlooked over all the bands that played
