    could you tell me please what happen if the parts sticking on the front half if not hAVE ejector pins

      Ejection pins OR air pressure used to spit the part out are the standard ways. If the design of the mold is straight sided not slightly angled LARGER towards the opening side, it will often get wedged in the mold. The idea being that it will eject easily if it's slightly like a triangle with the pointy end inside the mold and the flat side on the side it ejects out of. Only has to be like a 2 degrees angle for this problem to be fixed.
