My theory on how the sandman and venom got the taxi. The sandman spot a 42 year old taxi driver named Ned (who is a husband of a loving wife and a father of a 17 year old daughter and 9 year old son). Flint marko poisoned his drink when he poured bunny poison in his drink. He disguised himself as a normal person saying "hi i have a drink called cider." Ned the taxi driver: what flavor is it. Flint (disguise as a pedestrian): it's apple flavor. Once you drink this. It will being you good luck. Ned the taxi driver: it's great but my wife and kids are waiting for me. Flint (disguise as a pediastrain): i know but first drink this. Ned the taxi driver: okay. (Drinks the poisoined apple cider beer) I feel funny. (Ned collapsed dead on the floor) Eddie brock: wow im impressed. Flint: now lets use his uniform so you can blend in. (Eddie disguise himself as a taxi driver with neds uniform and heads out to capture mary jane)
@@Zombiesnyder13 While I absolutely hate TASM2, I'd rather have TASM3 to even things out. I don't want Spider-Man 4, if we needed anymore Tobey, we got him in NWH. And Borderlands? I'm not a gamer, so I'm not gonna watch it.

The way I see it, Sandman put the taxi in Venom's web once he finished building it.
