Recently we traveled to Madrid, Spain, a city that greatly impacted my life, and it inspired me to share the story of how one semester studying there led me to the life I’m living today. You are exactly right that we should get out of our comfort zone. The thing that hinder us is our negative thoughts . We generally make a negative scenario in our mind and believe that it will come true . But we have to show ourselves that it is not true . You are the proof of that.
