    Ingredients:
    frozen pie sheet (10 x 18 cm) 5 to 6 sheets
    Note: You can make about one per sheet
    2 cans of canned pears
    <custard cream>
    200ml milk
    1 egg
    50g granulated sugar
    20g cake flour
    vanilla extract 
    <others>
    1 egg yolk
    powdered sugar
    pistachio as you like
    Instructions:
    1. Beat the eggs in a heatproof bowl, add the granulated sugar and mix well.
    2. Add the shaken cake flour and mix, then add the milk and mix well.
    3. Wrap it gently and heat it in a 500W microwave for 2 minutes.
    4. After heating, mix well with a whisk and heat again in a 500W microwave for two and a half minutes.
    5. Mix well and add a few drops of vanilla extract and mix.
      Note: If you have a lump, please strain.
      Note: If you prefer a firmer texture, heat it in the microwave for 10 seconds each to adjust the firmness.
    6. Chill the custard cream. (30minutes - 1hour)
    7. Remove the frozen pie sheet from the bag and let it thaw at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
    8. Remove the pears from the can and slice them into 3 to 4 mm thick slices.
    9. Place the sliced pear on paper towel and drain.
    10. Cut the frozen pie sheet into pear shapes and cut out the stems and leaves as well.
    11. Leave about 1 cm of the edge, press the center to make a dent, and prick with a fork.
    12. Place the chilled custard cream on the dented part.
    13. Arrange the pears and apply egg yolk to the edges.
    14. Spread the parchment paper and bake in an oven toaster at 200 ° C for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Note: Baking time may vary depending on the toaster, so keep an eye on them to make sure they don't burn.
    Note: If it gets brown on the way, cover it with aluminum foil.
    15. Once baked, decorate with powdered sugar or pistachios to your liking and you're done.Enjoy!!
