    What about the "treatment" of the native-americans in the rest of the south-western states? Still, what about with the rest of the states got not only by the Guadalupe-Hidalgo "treaty" but also by the Adams-Onis treaty?

    Growing up in California, I was always curious about Californian Native Americans. We weren't really taught much about them in school, at least not enough for me to remember. We know more about the Lakotas because of the Battle of Little Big Horn and Sacajawea.
