Fratton Park looks wonderful and retains the beauty of a real stadium, and don't looks like an anonymous airport terminal. Thank you Portsmouth FC for preserving it well
Fratton Park is now looking absolutely superb. A massive well done to Andy Cullen, the Eisners and everyone else for all their efforts and hard work in turning our home ground into a stadium all Pompey fans can be proud of. Can't wait to be back for the first home game of the season. PUP!
The work that's been done is brilliant. The Eisners have delivered. I'm sure after the stadium upgrades are completed we'll get more investment into the team. Up the blues! PUP!💙
They have done exactly what they said they would in the PST meeting when they bought us. For the first time in years we look truly up to date and a viable business with owners that are present and listening. Whatever happens this season at least we can see the whole of PFC moving forward. PUP
@@keithsmith7644 they have done a brilliant job and we've done well in the transfer market, they're running the club as it should have always been run, at least we won't have to worry about not having a club to support again
A significant capacity boost is required now - 51,000 is our record gate Need to regrow the fanbase - create space to get the local kids in on mega cheap tickets
Good work everyone involved. Need to get rid of the police box now, and replace with more seating. Surely in these days of cctv which can be monitored from anywhere, there’s no longer a need for a large police box.
Archie leitch would be proud of what youv done, amazing work, and great how youv kept the charector of the stadium, its very interesting to see the inner workings of the stands and terraces, concources etc, well done.
From a Clitheroe FC fan. I like the new look. Its so refreshing seeing an old ground done up rather then build a plastic looking new one. Our ground has been done up a bit and is looking great as there was talk of a new stadium. But our old ground is Beautiful. And to Portsmouth well done.
Probably one of the best historical looking stadiums in Europe even in the world with a 1930s look I can see many fans visiting saying this will it catch on ? Football has come home here .
What next I wonder. The new stand at the Milton end should increase capacity and the new TV gantry will release space in the South Stand for more seating. After that the most likely next step would be the development of a much larger North Stand and looking even further ahead, possibly a second upper tier at the Fratton end.
Excellent presentation Andrew. Improvements thus far must be beyond supporters thoughts and dreams, and we are not there yet. I am especially happy that my old seat in the previous location has been exactly positioned in the new south stand exactly. The work done to improve concourses facilities is over whelming.
That's been a bone of contention for many years. It is very noticeable but I believe there are many reasons why it can't be changed. I like to think it's because the club has bigger future plans for the north stand so it's not worth spending money on it.
Fratton Park looks fantastic on the inside but it looks pretty terrible on the outside. It honestly looks like a bunch of warehouses or an industrial estate. Surely something can be done to make it look a bit more rustic, like put a truss design or mock Tudor on the outside.
He keeps banging on about those fucking trusses, you can't even see them as they will be covered by seats and bodies. That dungeon of a courtyard in the S/E corner might be the world's worst drinking area. Honestly, they are clueless when it comes to design outside of pure utility.

Exceptional work. Ground looking at its best
All looks beautiful, well done pompey. Really great traditional looking football stadium. Good luck for the season ahead. P. U. P.
Brilliant update, keep up the great work you're doing so far Mr Cullen. 👍🏻
Absolutely brilliant! Can’t wait to go this season!

There will not be investment in the team self stability is all thats on there minds
@@keithsmith7644 that maybe so but at least we've got a decent team now. 👍🏻

Bloody good job Andrew! Looking forward to the reveal tomorrow!
Well done Pompey! From a QPR fan who’s club couldn’t even get 1,000 rail seats installed within 2 months 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Superb !! Well done to you 😀 PUP invested for the future !
Fabulous stuff. Well done Pompey 💙

Can’t wait for the game today

Looks great! These older grounds are magical. No comparison to most of these modern soulless bowls. Great to see it getting some TLC.

Fratton Park is looking fantastic now p.u.p
Fair play. There has been a lot of work going on to improve the infrastructure that has been neglected for decades.
Looking good, but I still love my old Fratton Park with much larger crowds, OH and the away fans got rained on🤭🤣 #PlayUpPompey
Amazing video, can’t wait to get back

Fratton park lovely as always
Handrails or posts on the North Stand Lower terrace stairs please Mr Cullen! Shallow steps aren't basic enough for some people to manoeuvre.
PLAY UP POMPEY FROM LONDON ⬆️ 🙌 👌
Did that screen say £7.95 a pint?
Why didn't they do something to the slope on the lower north stand, would have looked better if all lower seats were level.

Completely agree. Thought something would be done about that during this development. Apparently not.
Anyone know what our max capacity is now? He didn't seem to mention it
I read somewhere it’s around 18,500 and will be 20,000 when the Milton end is redone by 2024. 🌟🌙
Got to say P04 has never looked so good
Did he mention what the new capacity was ?
It's around 19,000
@@LostinKateWinslet Ah thank you
@@helston7262 once’s they do the redevelopment south stand it will more
In the news it said 19,400 and next season when the Milton end is done it'll be a little over 20k
