      @ so you think cst are not good compared to managing the time line and finding a contrast point

      @ I wouldn't say one is better than the other. CST's are great. I just personally prefer this method.

      LOVE the S5! Is there any particular color grading style you'd like to see?

      @@bulentozdemiryou don't bother with with "color space transform" section? you go straight into grading?

      @bulentozdemir  6 дней назад +1

      @@0vermars520 I manually correct before going into the grade. No CST. It's a personal preference if I'm creating a look from scratch.

      @@bulentozdemir that's good to hear. I'm playing around with your technique in several broll braw footage of my own and I'm starting to enjoy the work flow. Just purchased 3 LUTs from your website, not disappointed. Thanks.

      @@0vermars520 Great stuff. The good thing about that technique is that you can use it in any LOG/RAW workflow if you choose to. And thank you for purchasing the LUTs! Happy they didn't disappoint 🙌

    How do you do color correction when using it in a livestream workflow? I have it sending 16:9 6k to BM studio 4K switcher.

      @bulentozdemir  8 часов назад +1

      Hi Kliment. Unsure about that work flow. You could potentially record a small sample footage onto your memory card, use this technique in Resolve and save it as a LUT. Then install it into your cam and use as a 'baked in' look for streaming.

    Is there a benefit of reaching this base point with contrast/sat rather than just a CST?

      I personally find this method preserves image integrity better than CST's. Especially under heavy grading loads.
