Hi-Ho! Former Developer of this mod here lol
I did give this mod to Leon and Cali to finish, and they've done a FANTASTIC job so far. I have been keeping myself in the dark on all of it cause I wanted to be surprised by the result they made.
I did want to explain the references to some of the Head Types, cause I did make a majority of them, and still remember a few of the references. I didn't make them all tho, as Cali and Leon did their own takes as well.
Type 1-3: Standard Cell and Cell Jr stuff as you expect.
Type 4: This one was based on a Pure-Cell Larva Collector from Dragon Ball Online.
Type 5: One of the many heads the Bio Android from Heroes has been depicted with.
Type 7: This one was based on a hatched Alien Egg from the movie Alien.
Type 8: This one was based on Zero from the Mega Man Zero series.
Type 9: Another one based on a Bio-Android from Dragon Ball Online.
Type 10: Honestly I don't know, I think I wanted to just have a variant with no gem. I hate that they kept this one lmao.
Type 11: Original Design. Could've looked better, but I'm glad you thought it looked cool! ^^
Type 12: Janemba.
Type 13: Not fully sure. Might've been based on a Frieza Race, an original design, or created by Cali/Leon.
Type 14: This one was based on a Soldier Cell from Dragon Ball Online.
Type 15: This one was loosely based on the Cell Egg, specifically a Half-Adult Cell Egg from Dragon Ball Online.
Type 16: Original design. This one used to look more bland before I added the fins.
Type 17: Original design. Looks like some of the polygons went missing on this one lol.
Type 18: From what I can recall, this is also an original design, and it's my personal favourite out of all the heads I made.
Type 19: I believe this was based on a Brown Pure-Cell Larva from Dragon Ball Online, tho the size of the gem is a bit small now that I look back at it.
Type 20: Cooler.
Type 21: Predator, and yes this was made by me lmao.
Type 22: Xenomorph, and yes this was also made by me.
Type 23: This one is based on the Cell Embryo.
Type 24: Type 18 again, but without the gem.
Type 26: THIS ONE WAS NOT MADE BY ME, but I can confirm that it's based on Bass from the Mega Man Series, as I recognise that head from miles away. I'm pretty sure Cali made this one.

Type 26 head was based on Bass from Megaman! Also Im pretty sure some of those head styles were based on Cell's concept art but I don't remember which ones

Cell only had namekian cells and regeneration after he absorbed piccolo's arm when piccolo was fighting 17 cuz Red ribbon had no data of namek at first. And just an interesting fact type 26 head is Bass's headgear from the MegaMan and Bass games
nose type 7 on the bald mode is definitely OG BROLY’s hair before he goes legendary.. i remember because i used to pick him alot pre-transformation in budokai 3

It wuld be awesome to have more options like that for sure! But u kno bandai as well as I do, when it makes absolute sense Bandai Namci WILL NOT jump on it even though it would bring in one hell of a profit for them and would easily sell more copies than XV2!!! We should of already had XV3 but again it means one hell of a pay day for bandai and would make way too much sense for them they only create content/ games etc that makes no sense and that doesnt sell that well. I'd love to kno who is over doing DB GAMES for consoles/PC & I guess phones because I would love to hear why they haven't capitalized on XV3 yet and y the hell do they keep releasing content for DB GAMES just on consoles that honestly suck and deserve so much better. xenoverse 3 this time your the villain side of the story with 3 new race custom characters super majins , truffles , androids ,and bio androids replaceing majins , sayians , humans ,and nemekins but we still keep the frieza race because them frost demons basically a run a mill back stabbers or both good and evil depending the lore in dbz~
What would be the attributes of a bio-android race?
Saiyan males have a high basic attack and low health. Saiyan females have high ki attack and low health. Majins have high health and low stamina regen. Frieza race has high speed and low attack. Namekians have health regen. And Earthlings have ki regen.
For the bio-android to be accurate to the franchise, they should have all of those perks, but that would make them completely broken.
Hair type # 26 of Bio-Android OC is based on Bass from Mega Man 7, 8, and Mega Man X Dive mobile game.

better have 8+ races for Xenoverse 3. Also sub race selection, say like I pick human it will show 4 options Human, Human Android (17, S17,18,21), Android (19,20) Triclops Hybrid (Tien Shinhan's race). Saiyan's would be Saiyan, Half-Saiyan, very low% chance when selecting Saiyan - Legendary Saiyan. Majin's just the normal male, female forms but their bodies can be freely customizable any time being able to take any height/weight that Buu had from the show/manga and not restricted like X2. As for Nameks I'd say have the Warrior and Dragon Clan selection Warrior Clan are more direct confrontational in battle Dragon Clan is more energy base(hope i got that right).

But what I'm really excited for is the Revamp CAC Overhaul from RevampTeam so they really got me hyped for that aswell but I'm gonna have to wait for the patcher to be updated. there is something i've always wanted to see. its a heeter clan, ie gas, elec. an awoken form for them would be the primal form that was in the manga as well as the controlled primal form in the manga. (elec removed gas' amulet and he went into a primal state and soon after transformed into what looks like his base form but with those tusk like bones on the sides of his head. he's more in control of this state and magnifies it.) i'm sorry if there are some guys who aren't fond of spoilers or not up to date like most of us are.

If you are reading this comment, tell the mod creator to make so that every stat (hp, basic attack power, ki, stamina, ki regeneration, stamina regeneration, and damage from super attacks) for bio androids are sky high, but at the cost of them taking more damage then any other race (50% more).
I hope XV2's creators take some of the made mods as inspiration for XV3. ...ONCE it comes.
