Take a Look Inside the Axiom Factory: The SMT Solder Paste Application Process

Have you ever wondered about the capabilities at the Axiom Audio factory? Andrew discussed in a recent video the Surface Mount Technology within the factory, which allows us to create all our own circuit boards in-house. In this video, we get into the specifics of the capabilities with this one video focusing on the Solder Paste application. With this particular machine, we can put a stencil over the circuit board ensuring the solder paste is properly applied to the board ensuring that there are no problems down the line as it moves to the next steps of the SMT process.

Andrew, are there any longevity/reliability issues with this process technology as compared to the traditional soldering through the board? I assume this process is mostly for production speed/efficiency?
