Everything about this drama was so amazing. As a cdrama veteran, I've learned that "chemistry" is not just about kisses and hot scenes; It is about emotions and the story entangled within a couple. Mu WanQing and Tan XuanLin had the most satisfying understanding of each other and their interactions had deep emotions. Not to mention the politics and action was on another level! Thank You for such an unforgettable drama. I have successfully fallen in love with it.

The communication between Mu WangQuin and Tan XuanLin is 100%, I haven't watched a movie with so much chemistry before. They understand each other with out speaking. This movie deserves an award and I hope it gets one. Much love all the way from Nigeria🇳🇬
It's so heartbreaking that Tan Si had to die. I thought Miss Gu's death is already tragic, but this scene broke my heart into tiny pieces. I don't know if I would ever get over this drama.
How I appreciate Tan Si's loyalty! Gosh, Tan's men are willing to fiGht until the end..He established his relatioNship to them well! I'd like to commend the cAsts for such a woNdErful show. The end of the drama but sadly lost the funny guy Tan Si. He was the best friend of Xualin whom he trusted and treated him like a brother. Bad guys die it's relief that Xu Bojun, Xu Yuan and Liu Fu were finished off.

Tan XuanLin is a great leader to his army and also he is a great friend, great husband, great man with strong and kind heart and humanitarian qualities. I think; Commander Tan's character is an ideal to the society. 💙💙💙 This is the best Cdrama I have ever watched. 💚💚💚

I don’t know how to put it in words but I absolutely loved it. It is worth watching. I got so much addicted to it that I finished the whole drama in just 3 days without getting bored in any episode. What an episode! An ending! 😭😭😭 Feels like I'm one of the men of Xiaulin . my blood is boiling and feels like dying ..... So sad that Tan Si have to die and he accepts it still with loyalty 😭😭😭 This finale was a blast! Since the first episode until the last one all the characters are well played by everyone..... This deserves a recognition! Everything was just too perfect! And until the last episode , Marshal Xu defend what is the right thing to do. He's one of my favorite character here 😭😭😭 and for Xiaulin , his acting was perfect and he proves to be the smartest military man alive! I'll miss all the casts here..... I think my standard in watching a drama series will be affected after watching this series 😭😭😭 This cdrama is one of the best military type of drama ever played!
The male and female lead is just something else, A match made in heaven! So perfect and beautiful. The most perfect thing about them was that they both were equally self confident, talented, clever and sharp minded. Chen Xingxo really nailed it, His acting and performance was phenomenal. He delivered all the emotions, and feelings so flawlessly from being emotionally sad, angry to funny, and happy. So rare to see such a good drama with such an amazing cast and acting, If u haven’t watched it u missing on something big. I would rate it 10/10.

It was worth waiting for every single episode. The acting of the ML is outstanding. His facial expressions tell it all. The FL's acting was amazing, too. All the main cast made this drama worthwhile watching. The plot, costumes, music and scenery was well chosen and well filmed. All in all it was one of the best C-dramas I've watched. It kept me interested all the way along. There were no absurd turns and twists, the whole story and the performance was fluently and engaging. For me it's a 9.5 out of 10. The missing half point is just due to the ending, where I felt there was some future perspective or homecoming missing. But that's really my personal expectation. Bravo to the whole team.

The thing I love the most about military theme drama or movie is the loyalty. Of course there's a lot of betrayal and deception but the loyalty they show to their own cause no matter in a bad or good way is just too touching. And their loyalty to their superior,willing to die for their cause without any regret make me appreciate the soldiers so much.

One thing I love about this drama is loyalty, especially the Tan Soldiers. Their loyalty towards Commander Tan is overwhelming. I cried so hard when I saw his soldiers died one by one.🥺😥

The Chinese entertainment industry should do well by awarding the casts and all those involved the deserved awards for this masterpiece. Never know I can see such matured script and actors in cdrama. Not those annoying ones that make you wonder if you are watching kiddies playtime and adults that don't want to grow up.

One good thing Xu bojun have ever done in his life was to raise a great son. He's evil and all, but he never failed raising a humble and gentle son. Claps for that! It must be hurtful to die with your son's back on you, never facing back even a glance at you. It must be heart-wrenching seeing your son not doing what you wanted him to do, to go after your steps. That must be his punishment. 🙃
I agree; however, a lot of his upbringing was due to his mother who had a sympathetic heart. She showed love to Xu Bojun adjutant after learning how his parents died.
This is a masterpiece. From the production, plot, cinematography, casts, acting, costumes and amazing visuals. What I love most is the battle of plot and counterplot of the ML. It always excites me whenever there's a battle of wits amd strategies. It's amazing how both the leads compliment each other. From their acting, looks and their character was really a match made in heaven. It's indeed the best cdrama for me so far that aired last year. Finally i finished this drama waaah! It's really nice drama, and in this drama i learned that the trust is really important in all aspects. just like how wanqing trust so much tan xualin, but it's really sad and painful, when tan si died and tan xualin cry to him, while remembering there memories and the way tan xualin save tan si even his injured that time and he never leave tan si even tan si told him "go" "leave" even there are in trapped situation still he never leave he really care tan si so much even, and tan si is so loyal to him...there friendship is really unconditionally.
The story is well executed. Not to mention the lead characters of their perfect chemistry. Gosh, Chen Xing Xu, not only is he a great actor, BUT he is so soooo gorgeously handsome. He's got a perfect 10❤

What I loved the most about this drama is it's consistency of the storyline and it's plot,it wasn't only about the leads love story but also about what was happening in China in that era,after arsenal military academy this is my second C-dramas of this era and I'm looking forward to watching more of them..
I ever miss this Drama everyone was perfect in their role Tan and wanquing was really smart i Love this couple without forgetting the réaction of Tan si in the Kissing scène even he lost her Life in the Battle
What a powerful and wonderful ending! Tan Xuanlin is saved at the very last minute by his friends and Wangqing was there to reunite with him. It was sad that the handsome and loyal Tan Si was killed in the battle. Guangyao and Pei will start new paths with integrity and goodwill unlike their fathers. Great drama, continuous action and I hope there will be a season 2 with Chen Xing Xu and Zhang Jingyi and the cast maintaining their roles!
I have watched the whole 36 episodes over 2 days. Every single ending made me start the next episode straight away. I only gave up half way because i needed sleep, before starting the second half. EVERYTHING about this was perfect. The acting superb. Those poor men trying to get out from under their fathers rulings. I was hoping the 3 men would walk away from it all together with smiles. Prayed so hard for fl and ml to have their happy ending and grow old together. My heart is broken😢😢
My heart is bleeding for Tan Si 😢😢 And why did Marshal xu and Marshal su come to the rescue when almost all the soldiers were dead 😤😢 Young Marshal pei was unnecessary in this drama. This was one of the good Cdramas ❤

All in one not just cheesy lovey dovey ,pack with action and emotion. I'm literally crying while smiling. This drama touched my heart so much, i get too emotional in the last part. I can't stop crying oh my god. My grandpa was a former soldier before he died, i just realized now that they are worth to be proud of. I salute to all soldiers that are fighting and protecting every lives in this world. This is definitely one of my favorite Chinese dramas. I really loved the intro and ending song. I wish we could've seen a wedding ceremony of Wanqing and Xuanlin or a glimpse into their future life with children since this episode went by really fast. Other than that I loved the 1920s setting and the beautiful clothes that the actresses wore and the military uniforms on the guys. Wanqing and Xuanlin were such interesting characters and I loved seeing their romance develop throughout the show. 😊❤

Even if Tan Si got wounded, he didn't have to die. Script writer need to give us a short sequel that he was unconscious and then awoke. Show Xuanlin and Wanquin with children 😀
I feel like they over did a good thing. This last episode brings down the rating for me. A wound was good enough. They should have kept this last episode calm, the over dramatics was not needed.
I learned when two people love each other, it doesn't matter that sometimes they are harsh or cold to you it doesn't mean they can't love you or not care about you, you should have trust in them, face hardships with them, tell them whether it's good or bad I always with you, you choose the path of love it's not like to be walk on roses, it's the matter of burning in fire......or for those who fight in battlefield together are far from death or alive......love this drama from starting to end.

This drama is really amazing like Arsenal Military Academy of Bailu and Xu Kai...I watched Zhang Jingyi's first historical drama Blossoms in Adversity and I find her really nice and good in acting so I searched all her drama and seen this it's really outstanding...I've become her fan instantly along with Bai Lu, Zhao Lusi and Yang Zi also the ML here Chen Xingxu( Tan Xianli) is really handsome, an amazing and a versatile actor he acts so well and naturally he became one of my favorite chinese actor along with Xu Kai, Wu Lei, Li Xian..I've watched his drama Starry Love and it's one of my top 10 favorite but I didn't appreciate him before but having seen this drama I fell hard with his oozing charms and handsome appearance😂 his so handsome I want him as my husband so bad😂😂😂
I actually stopped watching this drama due to a lot of personal things to do and after a few weeks, I continue and finally finished it. All I can say is that Fall In love drama is beyond amazing. The powerful main leads, good chemistry, endless twists and most of all, their brotherhood. Also, Xu Guangyao is now one of my favorite second lead characters. He knows his place, he love and protect the female lead unconditionally. If Guangyao's father was not an enemy, he and Xualin could be best buddies from the beginning. It's just sad that few good ones died. But still, everything is worthy of appreciation. Kudos to the FIL team.🖤

The story line and the chemistry between the mcs is so damn different from regular c dramas and I loved it. This kind of understanding is really hard to find and is the most beautiful thing in a relationship and I find that majority of the cdrama mcs don’t have that kind of relationship so I prefer not to watch them but I still gave this drama a chance and absolutely loved it hope there r more dramas like these

What an episode! An ending! 😭😭😭 Feels like I'm one of the men of Xiaulin . my blood is boiling and feels like dying ..... So sad that Tan Si have to die and he accepts it still with loyalty 😭😭😭 This finale was a blast! Since the first episode until the last one all the characters are well played by everyone..... This deserves a recognition! Everything was just too perfect! And until the last episode , Marshal Xu defend what is the right thing to do. He's one of my favorite character here 😭😭😭 and for Xiaulin , his acting was perfect and he proves to be the smartest military man alive! I'll miss all the casts here..... I think my standard in watching a drama series will be affected after watching this series 😭😭😭 This cdrama is one of the best military type of drama ever played!

He delivered all the emotions, and feelings so flawlessly from being emotionally sad, angry to funny, and happy. It was worth waiting for every single episode. The acting of the ML is outstanding. His facial expressions tell it all. The FL's acting was amazing, too. All the main cast made this drama worthwhile watching. The plot, costumes, music and scenery was well chosen and well filmed. All in all it was one of the best C-dramas I've watched. It kept me interested all the way along. There were no absurd turns and twists, the whole story and the performance was fluently and engaging. For me it's a 9.5 out of 10. The missing half point is just due to the ending, where I felt there was some future perspective or homecoming missing. But that's really my personal expectation. Bravo to the whole team.

The thing I love the most about military theme drama or movie is the loyalty. Of course there's a lot of betrayal and deception but the loyalty they show to their own cause no matter in a bad or good way is just too touching. And their loyalty to their superior,willing to die for their cause without any regret make me appreciate the soldiers so much.

One good thing Xu bojun have ever done in his life was to raise a great son. He's evil and all, but he never failed raising a humble and gentle son. Claps for that! It must be hurtful to die with your son's back on you, never facing back even a glance at you. It must be heart-wrenching seeing your son not doing what you wanted him to do, to go after your steps. That must be his punishment. 🙃

This is a masterpiece. From the production, plot, cinematography, casts, acting, costumes and amazing visuals. What I love most is the battle of plot and counterplot of the ML. It always excites me whenever there's a battle of wits amd strategies. It's amazing how both the leads compliment each other. From their acting, looks and their character was really a match made in heaven. It's indeed the best cdrama for me so far that aired last year. Finally i finished this drama waaah! It's really nice drama, and in this drama i learned that the trust is really important in all aspects. just like how wanqing trust so much tan xualin, but it's really sad and painful, when tan si died and tan xualin cry to him, while remembering there memories and the way tan xualin save tan si even his injured that time and he never leave tan si even tan si told him "go" "leave" even there are in trapped situation still he never leave he really care tan si so much even, and tan si is so loyal to him...there friendship is really unconditionally.
The story is well executed. Not to mention the lead characters of their perfect chemistry. Gosh, Chen Xing Xu, not only is he a great actor, BUT he is so soooo gorgeously handsome. He's got a perfect 10❤

What a powerful and wonderful ending! Tan Xuanlin is saved at the very last minute by his friends and Wangqing was there to reunite with him. It was sad that the handsome and loyal Tan Si was killed in the battle. Guangyao and Pei will start new paths with integrity and goodwill unlike their fathers. Great drama, continuous action and I hope there will be a season 2 with Chen Xing Xu and Zhang Jingyi and the cast maintaining their roles!

I have watched the whole 36 episodes over 2 days. Every single ending made me start the next episode straight away. I only gave up half way because i needed sleep, before starting the second half. EVERYTHING about this was perfect. The acting superb. Those poor men trying to get out from under their fathers rulings. I was hoping the 3 men would walk away from it all together with smiles. Prayed so hard for fl and ml to have their happy ending and grow old together. My heart is broken😢😢

My grandpa was a former soldier before he died, i just realized now that they are worth to be proud of. I salute to all soldiers that are fighting and protecting every lives in this world. This is definitely one of my favorite Chinese dramas. I really loved the intro and ending song. I wish we could've seen a wedding ceremony of Wanqing and Xuanlin or a glimpse into their future life with children since this episode went by really fast. Other than that I loved the 1920s setting and the beautiful clothes that the actresses wore and the military uniforms on the guys. Wanqing and Xuanlin were such interesting characters and I loved seeing their romance develop throughout the show. 😊❤

This drama is really amazing like Arsenal Military Academy of Bailu and Xu Kai...I watched Zhang Jingyi's first historical drama Blossoms in Adversity and I find her really nice and good in acting so I searched all her drama and seen this it's really outstanding...I've become her fan instantly along with Bai Lu, Zhao Lusi and Yang Zi also the ML here Chen Xingxu( Tan Xianli) is really handsome, an amazing and a versatile actor he acts so well and naturally he became one of my favorite chinese actor along with Xu Kai, Wu Lei, Li Xian..I've watched his drama Starry Love and it's one of my top 10 favorite but I didn't appreciate him before but having seen this drama I fell hard with his oozing charms and handsome appearance😂 his so handsome I want him as my husband so bad😂😂😂
I actually stopped watching this drama due to a lot of personal things to do and after a few weeks, I continue and finally finished it. All I can say is that Fall In love drama is beyond amazing. The powerful main leads, good chemistry, endless twists and most of all, their brotherhood. Also, Xu Guangyao is now one of my favorite second lead characters. He knows his place, he love and protect the female lead unconditionally. If Guangyao's father was not an enemy, he and Xualin could be best buddies from the beginning. It's just sad that few good ones died. But still, everything is worthy of appreciation. Kudos to the FIL team.🖤

The story line and the chemistry between the mcs is so damn different from regular c dramas and I loved it. This kind of understanding is really hard to find and is the most beautiful thing in a relationship and I find that majority of the cdrama mcs don’t have that kind of relationship so I prefer not to watch them but I still gave this drama a chance and absolutely loved it hope there r more dramas like these

The drama overall was amazing. Although i do think the last few episodes took a complete different turn but i am willing to ignore that. They got to be the prettiest leads i have ever come across in a cdrama. The second lead is handsome too. Chemistry, acting such an amazing ride. I have specially become a fan of Chen Xingxu.
Great drama. I loved the cast. The leads were a match made in heaven. I'll miss Com. Tan's devilish smirk and Wanqing's knack for analysing. Tan Si, you made me cry and I'm normally not this soppy. Everyone did a great job. Thank you for such a great series. Also thank you for the English subs❤️❤️😁😁
The drama is really nice. All the actors especially Tan, Mu, Tan si, Guangao, Su, Pie, Sangu and the girl who died.👌👍 Fantastic.

the story plot of this drama series is very good the screen writer has captured the audience of this drama. he made the characters thou young gave their best performance from lead/main to support role. i salute👍👏

This drama is 1 of the best c-drama i’ve watched this year😍😍definitely in my Top 10 fav c-drama alongside go2 squid s1, my little happiness, ashes of love, love & redemption, put ur head on my shoulder etc. A good chemistry & good acting from both leads & all the casts, smooth & nice pacing plots, beatiful costumes & OSTS, good storyline with all elements of love/romance, friendship/brotherhood, family /politic/actions🥰🥰🥰🥰 a stong & smart couple 😍😍if only we can get a beauthiful ending scene of Commander Tan & Wanqing real wedding ceremony🙈
I started watching this drama mistaking as some other drama i found out 2 days ago but i dont regret watching this and i might not ever forget this drama mu wangqin and tan xualin the heartbreaking pasrt was the death of miss gu and tan si THIS NEEDS A SEASON 2!!
