When the battle was going strong in sableport. We tried steiner's counterattack in origin in a desperate attempt to recover a point base. Needles to say, it failed 😢
Appreciate the effort! Everyone in Origin looked like they put up a good fight. Looked like it was a tough one. I never made it over there at the end.

The craziest thing i got to witness this war was when the wardens pushed adze crossroad with 21 tanks including 3 sht and 1 bt

Us collies fought like demons there at Adze Crossroads Castle Black saw a lot of newbies and randoms there. I think some future vets for the collies were forged in Umbral Wildwood

@@kevinflynn4191umbral is just the best learning ground for high intensity infantry warfare where there’s some active synergy between shovel, medkit, rifle, SMG, GL/demoman. I love when you have to choose case by case to dig bunkers for waist high cover vs trenches vs walls vs sandbags etc. maybe the most fun maiming the construction vehicle as a pack mule 🚗 in umbral

Bit late to the vide but I was the arty crew spotter/loader, thanks for the help! you missed out after we captured the relic we swapped to 150mm thunderbolts and OBLITERATED the enemy BB for infantry to come clean up!

Damn. Literally the day after you recorded this i think. Hadrada and i of the JEST regiment shot off like 7k 120mm. Didnt stop firing for over 10 hours with 4 120mm arty and 2 150mm

I was doing some 8 bmat solo partisan work and was harrassing a bunker base. After destroying some pillbox with stolen mammons and disabling locked logi trucks I saw a crane with a fuel tank lifted. Nothing left to destroy it with I decided to try steal it but was caught as I was running over to it. Like an idiot I hopped into the passenger side by accident and was quickly surrounded. Trapped, they sprayed the crane with smg rounds that the crane miraculously protected me from. Vehicles began pulling up to be fueled and I ruthlessly taunted them. Knowing full well these were my final moments, I had to enjoy them. Eventually an enemy soldier, brighter than the rest, threw some gas grenades and the venom coming from the local chat from the enemy was glorious. I love causing these little disruptions and 8 bmat runs where I just loot supplies as I go leads to some very dynamic fun.

I need to do more partisan work. I did some this war in Mercy's Wish couple times blocking Warden logi from supplying Mercy's Wish and loved it. Just takes a lot of patience that I sometimes don't have ha
Just as a fun FYI, I was today years old when I found out you could change positions in a vehicle by pressing Z.

You should have seen terminus. I was doing my best as an engineer to build pillboxes and camp fires around fort spider. There were like 40 wardens with tanks against 9 collies and most of them were new to the game
I saw it on the map! It looked pretty brutal honestly. Also most of the east side of the map looked pretty brutal to fight in the entire war.

Feirmor died standing in the face of millions of wardens trying to take it. Only the Sun itself was able to even allow them entry into the city. Big Bertha will forever roam the snowy storm killing enemy BTs before retreating to rearm. o7

I was constantly making bomba's all war lol. Ash Fields seaport at the end of the war I think had 260+ crates in it. 6,500 grenades just waiting ha

COWS naval ops this war felt fantastic. The successful landing of Alchimio Estates. The second success at Spearhead was a little lackluster due to lack of QRF. The invasion of Origin and actual ranged battle to the death with Squids battleship. So many just outright amazing moments. Also that initial kill of 141's drydock with the submarine really set the mood for the war.
Nice! That sounds fun! I didn't get to do any naval operations this war. Hopefully the next war I can participate in few!

I was on the Warden side fighting to hold Talonsfort, those trenches were dug by me and some other people ahahahahahha so funny to watch it from the other side. Nice video mate.

I'm so glad I abandoned my sableport base and I deeply pitty whoever built the mega bases at lights end and crows nest. Wardens never pushing that lane for 30 days was so cruel, so much concrete that never saw combat!
lol! That does stink that you keep bases up and alive to never see any battle. Hopefully the new mssup system will help with not letting bases like this decay or make it so others can help maintain them easier.
That blue HTD figured out it's not easy when the colonials start shooting 68mm back!

Front line logi/builder from Kings Cage here (north).
Cinderwick was a thorn in our side for weeks, With the three salvage mines was a natural Stronghold/Refinery/B mat printer who's presence was felt all across the western front.
Might interest people that by wars finish we ended up readying a missile to nuke the darn town, Challenging Cinderwick directly was being a slog to say the least.
My respect to the colonials of Cinderwick, Y'all didn't make it easy for us Wardens, Looking forward to the new fight.🎉

That's a tough one to do all war ha! Good on you for keeping with that fight. I could only do it once every 3 days or so. The people that do Tomb and Mercy's Wish day in and day out are true hardcore Foxhole players ha
Which side are you picking for next war? One of these times you should set up a regiment (could do it on both sides really) to help get some of the new players started. I don't know if you know anything about EVE, but there was a corp there called Brave Newbies that did something similar, they just made a group to try to help get new people going and it was really cool. I feel like you'd do really well getting something like that going. Keep up the good work man!
I'm staying Collie until they win! Funny you mention that! I am currently working on a project with few others for something to help new players. With my project I don't want to make it a regiment because I want the mentors and new players still have the ability to find groups they like to play with.

most of them are just bridge battles or open fights with two bunkers on either side

Gotta search around! The more you play the easier it will be to recognize the “good” fights.
Use map in home region or spawn backline and equip a radio and look around at the fights.

Something I never realized watching these.. what happens to the used up pallets? Do they just despawn? Are they taken back to grab more shells? Moved to the side?
i was fighting on the other side at talonsfort, it was so hard to push or to defend it because the relic is in the valley, and we were not able to get any artillery support
The lack of arty did not help you guys at all. And Cinder is just a beast of a base.

Honestly this kind of break would be better if it happened after every war. Think we would see less players being burned out. I know it kind of stinks for new players but I think it would help the overall player base.
idk. I am sitting here for two days straight, waiting for something to happen. And the war will begin once half the planet already has to go to sleep. An 36hour downtime on war is too much. It hurts my heart not being able to fight with my brotheren for Callahan and the Empire.
Devman is pro Mesean radar pinglets, I tell you. That's why Devman religion doesn't bear fruit in the North.
Had an awesome gunfight earlier with jraye. Glad i was able to create space for him to go aggro 🥰🥰🥰

i was fighting in sableport me and one of my new recruits was using a rocket tankette trying to hit a STD.

The funniest moment this war were when I took up a enemy warden, he begged me to revive him and that he would do no harm. We revived him and he gave me like 5 grenades, then he misclicked and punched the medic. He ran back to our bunker base screaming "It wasn't my fault" I believed him and ran after saing to my teammates "Dont shoot hes a nice warden". But they shoot him and I took his grenades and killed a bunch of wardens.

I was building in kings all war, warden side. The day the storm cannons fell, was a good day. That cold war hex was pain but i did my job, the bridges held. Sad i missed this fight after the stalemate but thank you for capturing it! Was looking forward to attacking that refinery all war..
Seemed pretty quite in Kings all war. I always looked at it when I was on and not many people were fighting.
I think they really need to change that hex layout a bit. Two bridges is just not fun especially with a river that does not connect anywhere. Maybe connect that river to westgate?

The only times The Manacle was really threatened was because of navy piers going from Gibbet Fields TH to Eastknife Relic. Other than that, pushes would die quickly. Also, Warden side sometimes had 5+ ppl queues with under
@@Lagmanxx the infinity que was the true killer of that hex.. one day I spent six hours in que, just to go and build.. I'd have liked to go and fight or do Partisan stuff but alas, there were not enough people to do the chores in that hex.. that snowstorm was a blessing in disguise though! Let us fortify without the threat of Arty.. GGs to all! And thank you to every SoB that fought in Kings Cage, almost every man in that hex acted with the power of five.

@@RobertLovesGames I took a long break, but I would have quit the game if gas artillery was a mainstay. Forcing you to take a gas mask everywhere is stupid and unfun.

Did you play in fiermor much?
Couple of times I was! I mainly ran supplies from the seaport to Tomb of the First when they needed it. Or made sure the bmats were moved around from the refinery.

@@PROLIFIC_TRAVELS Takes a lot of coordination to win a bridge battle. And unfortunately new players end up at bridge battles a lot of the time they first spawn in and don't know what to do.

I know the tomb bridge frontline when i see it. God, the amount of logi runs i did to that place this war is unreal.
The message boards by the bridge literally showed the progression of us ( colonials ) losing
1: Push across and push wardens back.
2: Hold and push once we have a number of tanks.
3: Stop trying to push. Hold them here, and don't let them past.
Ha I did my fair share from Feirmor and from Cinder this war as well ha!
@RobertLovesGames im actually usually a frontline dude. But we kept asking for beams to repair, and there didn't seem to be any being brought up. So i respawned and got them in a hauler, and while i was getting it, i was like, "Eh, the medics need some plasma. A few 7.62 wouldn't hurt either. We need bmats. And i was doing logi since.
Something about it is so calming yet paranoia inducing. Like i drive along listening to music while expecting to get rpgd by partisans.
Ha! Out of my 1100 hours of mainly doing logi I have been partisaned like 5 times maybe
