Sorry for the delay It's acquired from Aesirs monument where u put runes. If you're using dancer i think it has different skill name and a bit different skill formula as far as i remember the dancer ones based on SP for dmg
Sorry can't understand but are you asking if am I using any converter? I have tried using other arrow elements and it seems the damage did not change so i assume that damage might be on neutral property

Yes but it will be found on the skills then choose adventurer skills you can find it there
