Feeling in your element, confident you were the best and busting moves that burned and impressed, was a great buzz! I was in a crew called Break City Crew and everybody called me 'Speedy' because of quickness of moves. I loved this battle, these boys can move!. Respect, peace and love.

It's rare to see anything of the flavour I remember from Battles in 1984 ... a lot more variety back then - up-rocking - popping - locking - routines without breaking .... there were a couple of moments here that felt like the old days but they didn't last too long. I used to be the King of the Knee Spin ... nice to see it here!
