It's not just amazing that he can make himself look thin and weak, it's that he gets HUGE respect from all those bodybuilders, who were once dismissive of him, after he lifts a huge weight. My favorites are the ones where he stays completely in character and pretends to want to clean the area, then he lifts a large weight with one hand, while he cleans. The looks on the bodybuilders' faces are priceless.

@@arian6782 Usually those "you won" messages are sent by someone (most likely a bot actually) who pretends to be the owner of the channel but they clearly are not (posts from the channel owners have a different formatting than from other users)... The ones I saw were always fake...

Anatoly is the perfect example of teaching people to be humble and respectful no matter what.

When I was in the military I used to do 100 sit ups and 100 push ups every day about 20 years ago, I just tried it last week and could only do 5 and my poor arms were on fire I guess I have to start over

I think the clips where you just randomly move the weights out of the way without really interacting with the other people too much create the best reactions. They are caught the most off-guard in those.
I'd never go to a gym and not into working out beyond living an active life, but I could watch Anatoly all day! His cleaning character and acting is so damn good, it's hilarious. Loves how he apologizes as he amazes them, just to make them even more confused. Classic.

I love your videos and I've known for a while you don't have to look super strong to be strong. I am a lot older now, 57, the Army beat me up a bit. I'm always telling younger people, don't stop. Keep maintaining. I have torn tendons, frayed ligaments, bulging discs, arthritis, etc that only gets worse if you haven't maintained. I had the added problem of being exposed to toxic chemicals. Got kidney cancer, which I am hoping they got all of, but I will be monitored for the rest of my life.
So many people only work on the big muscles, they forget the small, stabilizing muscles and core. If you are going to compete, it's different than if you want to just look good. Keep up with the videos Anatoly, always a good laugh.
Imagine the balls walking up to all these big guys and telling them they're doing things incorrectly. Salute.
I really admire and show all my respect to this trainer.

As someone who loved looking at weightlifters her whole life, I see them in a totally different light now. They are cartoon characters of strength. Vladimir (Anatoly) is teaching men and women a big lesson: It's not about the bulk. It's about the heart.
I'm sure it's about building core strength too. But yea so many of these cartoon characters are posers.

Huh? These guys and girls are bodybuilders they don’t train for strength they train for looks. No hate to Anatoly I love his content but you won’t see him challenge another power lifter because they lift the same as him or more
