Where is the crank shaft and bearing install? You missed that part in the video, I have more questions about how they go to together? Did you heat it and freeze or press them in room temp, is there any sealant used or lube ? I dislike having more questions then answers when watching a video

    Quote from New Life newsletter:
    Did You Notice?
But each one must carefully scrutinize his own work [examining his actions, attitudes, and behavior], and then he can have the personal satisfaction and inner joy of doing something commendable without comparing himself to another. Galatians 6:4
When you understand how something works, that understanding enables you to exercise control over how it goes. Take notice of what’s going on with your own responses and you put yourself in a position to take full and powerful control of them. Step back and watch objectively as you get angry, or become hungry for a snack, or are tempted to follow some course that is not in your best interest. Really take notice and you will see that there is a clear and observable separation between your response and the things to which you’re responding. There is no direct, hard-wired connection between what happens to you and what you do about it. That connection is always, at some level, under your control. Realize that nothing automatically makes you angry, or envious, or despairing. These are simply ways that you choose to respond, and they are completely under your control. Watch carefully and you’ll see that nothing automatically makes you eat a bowl of ice cream, nothing automatically makes you say something malicious. Even when the response has become such a habit that it seems automatic, it is, in reality, still a choice that you can control. Observe yourself as you respond to the ups and downs of life, and you’ll see the enormous amount of control you have over the direction your life goes. The more responsible and intentional you become with that control, the more empowered you’ll be to go exactly where you want to go.
Father in heaven, today we are learning to take notice of how we respond. We want to share Your grace and love, instead of reacting out of habit. Help us to be ever aware of how we choose to act and examine how we can improve to be more like You. In Jesus name, AMEN!
By constant self-discipline and self-control, you can develop greatness of character.

    Taking Care of Business
A wise man is full of strength, and a man of knowledge enhances his might. Proverbs 24:5
Take care when you choose what to say. For once your words are spoken, they cannot be recalled. Take care when you choose the thoughts to hold in your mind. For the quality of your life is determined by the quality of your thoughts. Take care when you choose what to do with your time. Time passes quickly no matter what you do, so your best option is to make the very most of it. Take care when setting the goals you will follow, and choose those that are truly yours. You’re far more likely to attain those goals that have real meaning and are in line with your own special purpose. Take care when living this day, this moment, this life with which you have been so richly blessed. Take care, enjoy, appreciate, and value it all. Take care, for there is so very much for which to live.
Father in heaven, today we ask for Your help to live with Your wisdom. Help us to see which areas we need to take care of more. Whether our words, thoughts, time or goals, we ask for Your guiding hand through it all, to live well. In Jesus name, AMEN!
The day is short, so make the most of it.

    A Great Year
The steps of a [good and righteous] man are directed and established by the Lord, and He delights in his way [and blesses his path]. Psalm 37:23
To make this new year the best year ever, start small. Start with one small moment, this one you now have, and put into it all your energy, your enthusiasm, your passion and commitment. Make full use of what you have right here and now, whatever it may be. Though it may not seem like much, this small moment can put you solidly on course for magnificent positive achievement. To make this new year the best year ever, keep going. Though challenges and disappointments will certainly come your way, you do not have to go their way. At times you will know discouragement, yet there is no value in continuing to be discouraged. There is every reason to continue moving forward, no matter what, for that is the best response to every discouragement. To make this new year the best year ever, take responsibility for it. Instead of making excuses or assigning blame, put your energy into focused, creative effort, into creating value, into living with purpose. This new year can be the best year ever. Because it will be for you whatever you are willing to make it.
Father in heaven, thank You for another brand new year that starts today! This is an incredible day with a fresh year’s potential stretched out before us. Help us to be faithful stewards of every opportunity you bring our way no matter how small it may be. In Jesus name, AMEN!
Today is the first blank page of a 365-page book. Write a good one.

    Mistake University
Like a dog that returns to his vomit is a fool who repeats his foolishness. Proverbs 26:11
Perhaps you made a mistake, and perhaps it was a serious one, but that mistake is now history. Even though you might be paying its price for some time to come, the mistake itself is over. For as soon as you realize you’ve made a mistake, it goes from being a negative to a positive influence. Once you see it was a mistake, you’ve already begun to correct it and to find ways that you can become stronger because of it. Mistakes can be costly, and yet the good thing is that the more you pay for a mistake, the more positive value you’ll get from it. Mistakes, though they are rarely ever sought, end up being excellent investments once they’re understood. Usually, mistakes are at their most destructive stage when you have not yet recognized them as mistakes. Don’t be afraid to see your mistakes, because as soon as you realize something is a mistake you can begin to transcend it. Mistakes can continue to set you back or they can begin to move you forward. It all depends on when you see them and recognize them for what they are. Have the courage to admit your mistakes, see and understand them, and you’ll transform them from mistakes into valuable knowledge.
Father in heaven, mistakes can be costly. Teach us to use that cost as an investment in learning. We don’t want to live like a dog the returns to its vomit, we want to learn and grow from our mistakes instead of repeating them. In Jesus name, AMEN!
The only real mistake is the one from which we learn nothing.
