Love your tutorials! I have a question about this brick one... Although I do set the canvas to 300dpi, at the end when I save the image as a JPG it has gone down to 96dpi (Set to highest quality). What have I done wrong in the process? Thanks
It’s hard to know exactly what’s going on. Have you been able to create other patterns and export it at the 300 successfully? Are you using the latest version of Photoshop? I tried searching the topic and there were some similar issues with older versions of Photoshop.
Interesting. Photoshop is a powerful tool but there are definitely times when you run into situations where it doesn’t behave like expected and usually there is some obscure setting that needs to be changed.

Ah... Just been playing around and if I use 'save a copy' it retains the 300dpi :)
