I agree they need at least just one zipper pocket! I also LOVE to have an easy accesses pocket from the main bag so I hope they will fix that and have both straps removable. I also would LOVE this bag in the twill because the recycled cotton feels cheap to me, not a big fan!
I have this bag in black and I love it. The lint isn’t too bad at all but I guess that really depends on your environment. I also LOVE that the short strap isn’t removable (I like minimal hardware) and I’m worried I’m the only one lol. I also do not like outside pockets lol I’m probably the only one there too. The only con I have for this bag is the inner slip pocket gapes open to the middle of the interior if I don’t have that slip pocket completely full!
I just bought this bag in black while I was in hawaii! I have not used it yet but I fell in love it’s the perfect purse to pack in your suitcase to take along while traveling!
This looks like a nice sized bag. I have the Frannie style that was released several years ago (in Suzani) and it definitely is quite a bit smaller~I use it for my dog walking bag and it only fits the bare necessities (my bulky keys, an extra bag, a small flashlight, and some tissues)
thanks for your review, I've been looking at this new Frannie because I've always loved (and still have) the original Frannie. I like that the new one is bigger, but not that it doesn't have an outside pocket....and that shoulder strap is problematic - i'd have to cut it off I think (crossbody gal here). What really stops me from buy it tho, is that here in Australia it's $135 which is ridiculous for a small cotton bag. I'm so torn! 🤥
Wow, that is expensive 😳 maybe wait for a sale? A lot of times with Vera I like to wait on a bag until the print goes on sale or clearance, then I get it if I still want it haha.

The recycled cotton is a HORRIBLE lint magnet! I have a small Vera in red and it picks up everything but money! I love the bag hate the recycled cotton. Thanks for sharing!
That is a cute bag. I would have to figure out how to take that strap off because it would work on my nerves lol. The pattern for your coin purse is citrus paisley. I have the Vera Bradley Carson shoulder bag in the same pattern. Anyway thank you for showing this video I enjoyed very much. 😊👛🌻👜💖🌷
