I have one book on this list: a mid grade copy of Fantastic Four 49. I was always told issue 48 was the most desired issue for collectors. I guess that last purchase of issue 49 must have been for a 9.8. Great list by the way! 😉

A comic store owner, called me in “97. Asked if I’d be interested in #4 thru # 💯 of Fantastic Four.
He wanted just the first 3- issues. Said he needed his $150. back.
So I said ,” sure,👍, but needed Mylar + backers.”
Sure, bought them that night.
Never even looked at them, after I packed them up/ boxed them in “97.
I haven’t looked at them yet .

I had Iron Man 1 and Iron Man Sub Mariner 1 was hoping to see Spider-Man 20 , Silver Sufer 1 and Sub Mariner 1 but great list!

Silver Surfer #1 was there, I was disappointed that SS #3 & 4 were not on the list, this does not appear to be a list of the most important books but rather a list of the highest sales.
