I'd say the most valuable soft skills would be the following: - Communication: being able to translate effectively between teams, especially when discussing technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Collaboration: being able to work with numerous people and teams to create a solution. - Domain Knowledge: Understanding your industry and it's nuances. This is especially helpful while interviewing and getting started with a new company. I could share more, but I'd say those are probably 3 of the top ones. Hope that helps!
