We literally had 2 hours to check out PSIJNKI from when it was finished on the dyno to when it had to be on a truck to Queensland! Our friends from Empire reached out and told us they had a little over a week to rebuild PSIJNKI's engine after the guys from LMCT/Eye Candy Motorsport had a little engine incident. They installed one of their Barra packages that can rev to 9500rpm and make 2000hp. What a out of control car!

I love how the low boost safe 19year old tune is 1000hp. This is such an insane serious car and I think it’s more scarier then WARGTR.
Wargtr is awd tho so it can atleast put down the power it makes

Had a Tornado pumping out a shade over 750rwkw. Lasted 1 week driving on leaf springs before we did a S3 AU IRS conversion.
@@maxrockatanksyOG Does the IRS conversion really help keep the utes from being so floaty? Stock power fg ute rn, and it gets scary when you go fast through the hills compared to my fg sedan.

A few years ago a 1000hp barra was a feat but now there's one's like this making 1000hp as a minimum boost setting. What a monster

i know josh him self and seen this thing on the road and track and he had done a good job keeping the car at high psi and not break a thing, soon as another bloke owns it he blows a hole on the side of the motor,, lol

@@amandakosij only bearings. Never changed block or rotating assembly. TBRE in Toowoomba screwed together the original 4.0 litre for it and Forced Performance done the rest.
Maybe he sold it for a reason….?

@@Iswhatitisssss barra engines are very very very good for this sort of thing. They don't have a whole lot going on in the engine bay in terms of wiring and cables etc. Electronic throttle body all that lovely stuff.

So question why not go to the 4.2 stroker kit for better power, I don't understand the benefits of destroking the entire. The only reason for reducing the stroke for higher compression is for towing trailers, I don't see this car towing any trailers anytime soon. Can someone explain it to me because I'm truly confused

@@MotiveVideo are you sure because with the 3.7 kit he has the piston is traveling further from top dead center and has a greater distance to get back. The 4.2 is closer to top dead center and requires less travel time increasing rpm. Unless I am thinking wrong or I'm getting my kits swapped. I'm still incredibly confused, still incredible build and love the green color especially on the cover

Maintenance is minimal. Barra taxis go 1Mkms. Change the fluids

In all my years of tuning and setting up my own builds I have never ever heard a company that makes more power by de-stroking the engine. I am no expert but I find this so incredibly interesting and so fascinating I got to research and watch more. I’m used to throwing cubic displacement at stuff here but wow. I’ll let myself out lol
It all depends on the bore to stroke ratio from factory.
If you haven’t dealt with an under square engine you would be very unfamiliar with why one would de stroke. The Barra is the only engine I know of that has a piston stroke larger than its bores. (3.6 to 3.9) where an RB26 is over square (3.39 to 2.9) allowing for higher revs even when stroking up to 2.8
