I fuse Pellon SF 101 to the back of the shirt and then use either sticky or no show mesh. You don’t need 3 layers. The real key is fusible on the shirt or sweatshirt.
Oh boy… that’s tough. I would say the 5”x7” and 10”x10”, but that’s not relegated to using sticky. Hoop selection is based more on what you tend to create than on what stabilizer you would use with it.

My question is when floating a tee shirt (I love OSED) but am I suppose to put a cutaway under it or a no show mesh?

Hi Mandy! I use a 90/14 Embroidery Klasse. I pretty much use that for all my embroidery.
