His little "Oh No" got me rolling
Lol same for me
why is it, its late at night, im doing the dishes, listening to whatever spotify wants to give me, and then it slaps me in the face with this eargasm, how is it so good. im not gonna beable to sleep tonight because this will be running through my head for days.
cody fry is a genius- the fact that he can compose for an orchestra, play multiple instruments, and sing?? i've never heard this version before, but this just proves his talent by singing live

eh idk not really
4:01 I love the train horn doppler effect.
The feeling of freedom that the character discovers is incredible.
I don’t think I’ve ever heard a song more powerful than this.
I heard it for the first time and literally started to cry.
There’s something about it that makes the message so clear yet hidden, and I find it absolutely beautiful.
same here, I started to sob when I heard it
I cried too
Beautiful, one of the best moments of my life was being there live.
I was too and I couldn’t agree more.
I’m so jealous haha
It was so epic. will never forget being there
God I wish, Cody Fry is something special
I was there and I absolutely agree.
Not me thinking the “Oh no” was some dude in the audience this whole time since I saw it live 😂😂 it was Cody!!! Shook
😂😂😂😂
Every time he gets to the bridge I can’t help but smile 😅 he is awesome
I think the little "oh no" Cody (I think) says at 3:37 describes his sense of playfulness quite well...of course Cody would nod towards the audience's realization that the light is a train and how the song suddenly became sort of grim before belting out "and suddenly I'm floating" mere seconds later.
It was truly an honor and the biggest blessing getting to be there live for this. A treasured moment with my family I will never forget! Hopefully this won't be the only time these powerhouses of music come together for such a special evening with our nation's most talented orchestra!
This needs to be in a movie. It is so cinematic. Just beautifully written.
No matter how many live videos of him singing Underground, it still gives me goosebumps 👏👏👏👏. The orchestra here 👏👏👏👏.
Also Cody "oh no!" 😅😅😅.
3:58 "suddently im floating" MANNNN I GOT CHILLS 😖😖😖✨♥️
this is the prettiest song that combines the classical take on a more modern song and its mind blowing. I've listened to it on repeat for hours.
Love this song but the sound tech and videographer in me noticed something just great. When Cody gets to the floating part the camera pans away and upwards. It’s just a nice little detail
The way the story is colored by the details in the arrangement just takes my breath away! Just wow!!
I love cody fry not just cause he makes really catchy songs, but his orchestration is also incredible.
Otherwordly. Truly. The painstaking hours it must have taken to craft this exquisite arrangement! But the world is a better place for it. Thank you, Cody.
Some songs make you float, then launch you altogether. This song is one of those. Really majestic storytelling.
So good. Just saw them live in Nashville. Tired of people saying there is no good music being made these days. Stop and listen. These guys are sooo good.
Absolutely wild that this doesn't have millions of views. Not only is it an incredible live performance, but the nuances of the performance left me awe-struck! So jealous of all of the audience members and the performers. Must have felt 100x more special and powerful being in the room.
Imagine hearing and seeing this live. Transcendent
Eargasmic, yesssssßssssss ❤😊
oh my god! total chills! I LOVE the combination of simple song on guitar with EVERYTHING ELSE! HOLY GUACAMOLE! Bravo!!!!
Wow 4:03 made me cry..
Amazing amazing amazing
What an amazing experience it must be to see these artists live.
Wow, just, wow! So good to have this to experience again and again.
Really beautiful orchestration and a stellar performance
This song is gonna be me and my ex fav song ❤️🩹
God I love this piece. Fantastic performance by Fry and the orchestra!
Regards from Monaco
This is so good ❤. Cody is a musical treasure. Making modern symphonic music means a lot to young persons learning instruments. Please come to Sweden 🙌🏼
Sounds like something from a movie
why this video took 5 hours? yet i didnt get bored
This is so unreal!!!
AMAZING! I'm so glad to see this!
amazing as always 🥰 hope you’ll have a concert in Oslo Norway someday 😊❤
Dear heavens, makes me wish I learned french horn or bassoon.
Movie soundtrack !
Beautiful arrangement
well I guess I'm just gonna sit here and wait till he starts touring Europe at some point
TE AMOOOOOO CODYYY :3
wow
How can someone write a song like this and the lyrics are about getting hit by a train. Insane....
Eu tô impressionada que ele conseguiu reproduzir essa música perfeitamente ao vivo. Se eu tivesse lá, ficaria tão empolgada ao ponto de chorar
Paul Simon with an Orchestra. Good stuff.
