I did the safe mode reboot and then back to regular mode and it reverted back to Windows 10. Now it won’t connect to wifi (only network option is airplane mode), and won’t reset or update back to Windows 11. Microsoft support was not helpful at all. Someone please help, my computer is useless right now :(

At the end you say to restart the PC and then open the start menu to do this....
The whole point of the video is that the start menu doesn't work.
Here's a command line to restart your PC from the command line: shutdown -r -f -t 2
(-r is the reboot flag; -f is to force the command; -t is the time indicated (in seconds) before the command executes and the 2 are those seconds and can be set to whatever length)

Nothing did work, but i uninstalled explorer patcher - which kept Start button hostile, after uninstall all was fine - sfc found no issues and button worked
