Techtonica 1.0 Stacking Pumps

Pumps allow to be stacked on top of another (rotate the build hologram when it appears invalid).
It's possible to stack 62 pumps from bottom to top Bedrock.
And another 4 when glitching through the headrock.
Power gets up there by cable, fuel by monorail track.

Is this not a bit extreme 64 pumps

@@TxkingxT_ it definitely is!
It was more a test if the full height of the map allowed a stack of pumps.
With each pump taking up 4 Voxels, the 62 was expected for 251 world height.
The 4 additional ones above the ceiling were a bit of a surprise, the height up there was 30 Voxels on previous versions with the larger map.
