Shivers down my spine... teary eyed... I've been looking for this for so long, as he plays it this way only live... @Sian Alexandra: Well, I didn't know either, but thx to your comment I feel much wiser ^^
I love that no City & Colour fans recognise the James Blake cover at the end. (the song is Wilhelms Scream) A friend of mine couldn't make it and we couldn't sell the ticket so another friend who's never heard Dallas before came. He's a big James Blake fan, and got very, very excited for a few minutes haha.
@StruckDown He asked everyone to turn their phones, cameras etc off so that we could just enjoy the moment. To be honest it was only the camera flashes that were annoying for me. I'm so glad that these videos are here!! Thank you.
as soon as i heard that james blake song on the radio (i don't know about my dreams anymore) I said straight away, "dallas should do a cover of this definitely".
@paultheg i was at the gig, me as soon as he sampled Wilhelm Scream into this song my friend and i just sat there in awe, listening too 2 of our favourite artists songs in collab
SuperLambclaire! I'M SO FUCKING JEALOUS! I'm also from sweden and havent got the chance to see him yet.. to bad i could not afford a trip to london this time.. Hope he'll come back to europe sometime in the future, maybe even to sweden :O
@StruckDown "I have a favour to ask," says Green, donning a harmonica before providing one of many half-comedic, half-philosophical interludes in his pre-amble to "Body in a Box". "I was hoping, just for this one song, we could put all of our cellphones and cameras away... I feel like nowadays everyone is trying to remember it so badly that they forget to actually experience it... and I don't know if we need another shitty version of this song on RUclips." (The Independent)
Let's be honest. When you have to sing the same song every night you loose the emotional attatchment to the song. Theres times when your just going through the motions when you sing your songs. This is not one of those times.
This takes me back. I was there, and I will never forget it.
One of the few artist that sound better live, than in the studio. Amazing.
Man that echo at 5:05 gives me goosebumps everytime
Beautiful! And he added the James Blake cover in at the end and absolutely smashed it!
Saw him live long time ago 12yrs Still love him will always be my favorite artist
Holy shit! His voice is so beautiful.
For an imperceptibly small moment, I swear he makes the earth stand still
Shivers down my spine... teary eyed... I've been looking for this for so long, as he plays it this way only live...

@shaunw1988 No worries. I've got about 4 more videos to put up so keep an eye out!
That's what I love about seeing Dallas, the crowd is silent.
@sharifjomaa think its just the lighting. i was wondering also

Really? Compared to most of the videos of his, this crowd was pretty quiet... They cheered when he wasn't singing which is totally appropriate...
"It ain't worth shit.." (Dead silence) guess someone was from Lincoln Nebraska..
This concert was in England. Nobody really cared about the other places but London and Wales lol
☣OpenGarage☣ maybe they were actually listening
I always wondered what people from Nebraska think of Dallas Green haha
where the hell are his tattoos?
has he got rid of the tattoos on his hands ?
@TreetheFace no hahaha

Well said.
haha! i am guessing james blake fans arent all that associated with city and colour fans! awkward....
Holy shit! His voice is so beautiful.
