Dallas Green is my main inspiration to sing (and pick up guitar as well). Such a wholesome voice that comes straight from the heart. You can hear the emotion in his voice in every song of his, even in Alexisonfire songs, and makes the listener feel good inside. I swear to God before I die, I want to meet this man.

It really good that City and Colour are so talented and are actually rewarded for their talents with those Candidian awards. Was watching the 'Brit Awards' here in the UK last night and so many people won awards, even though they didn't write any of their songs, they just simply performed something someone else orchestrated. Plus the fact that those songs that won awards are so genreic! However it's good to know real talent can shine through every now and then!
