when i watched that closing scene of "the last dance", i cried like a baby. my adolescent bulls-watching pearl-jam-listening years all tied into a video montage that was over in the blink of an eye. i just lost it. i continue to lose it multiple days later.

Beating Detroit in a sweep in the Eastern Conference . Got to see Michael a few times at the old Chicago Stadium & United Center. The perfect song for The Last Dance. The episode 10 is "maddening" great song for the end. My favorite time in my long life was the 90's and favorite time in sports because of the Bulls. Strange sad ending , Krause and Reinsdorf did not expect the 6th championship . Thought the Bulls were too old. Jordan's mindset that he spread to teammates and his play were from the "champions mindset". They would have at least won a seventh in the next years strike shortened season. The Jerries egos were the only event that could stop the greatest team ever in team sports.

I feel like a fake PJ Fan having to ask this (lol!) - but, what does he mean? How is the song about '90's Chicago Bulls?
(I'm an Aussie, so maybe I don't 'get' some of the BasketBall type references..🤷♂️)
I think he means that it’s about seizing the moment right away. Been listening to that that song for 24 years so that’s my interpretation. So his reference is toward the Bulls who basically dominated the 90s in basketball. Despite their dominating team winning each player especially Jordan faced challenges on and off the court. I’m not a huge basketball fan but those games back then were unforgettable .
