This scene is the perfect example of the term "food tastes stronger if you are hungry". you are watching this episode waiting for some anime action but you get to see a peacefull village minding their stuff and you get used to it. Thats why the sudden confrontation with the seperatists feels so intense. Minutes ago you were enjoying a wedding and now some innocent girl is about to be executed. Bloody hell!
I just realised as soon as the Jedi says "Magina, may you rise", the sun immediately begins to shine out of nowhere. Which aligns with what she said about living in harmony with nature, she became connected to the planet like the inhabitants are.

I love that star wars now has alternate universes, it opens up so many new possibilities. This one is probably one of if not my favorite episode for this moment here.
I could see if they make a side series of Ahsoka adventures between end of clone wars and up to rebels then F and her met, teamed up for bit to defeat a threat.
This episode is the closest to the actual timeline of Star Wars, since it talks about the Clone Wars, shows B1’s with their VA from TCW, and just all around feels like a story that could exist in the normal timeline, since all the other episodes diverge quite a bit from the canon. I just wanna see an episode that shows Anakin, or Obi-Wan, or even Vader for that matter.
I love this short, it gives a layer of mysticism to the mythos of Jedis and the Force. This, along with the fact that Jedis are rare and are being hunted to be extinction, they know they still have a sacred duty to fulfill. As if they were always In tuned with nature and the well beings of all that is good in the universe. Knowing that all things are worth saving, the ways and teachings of a Jedi.
I love how many reviewers say that the Jedi aren’t super heroes and that they can’t see the future and stuff. Guess Spider-Man, Wolverine, captain america, Superman, Batman, etc aren’t really super heroes. Jedi are super heroes to a degree cuz they can do things normal people can’t.
I honestly started out this episode thinking I wasn’t going to like it, but it is by far my favorite of the entire series so far. The world building was incredible especially with the short time they had, this planet should be canon

Honestly, it feels weird seeing a different art style after watching Made In Abyss (considering they were both made by the same animation studio, Kinema Citrus) 😅
