That last shot of Mt St Helens was like a painting! So beautiful!!! The waterfalls were just as breathtaking 😮. You are so lucky to be able to bear witness to all this gorgeousness....I'm jealous.
You should have seen it when it was 'whole'... an impressive mountain, with its side crater lake. I had the pleasure of being around there and driving around it and exploring some about a year before the eruption. I live near Windsor, Ontario 🇨🇦 but was visiting. But one curious question... have you ever spotted or come across a bear in your trail travels? In mid-Ontario it is fairly common to see a black bear or have one wander close to or even through your campsite. If a site is kept clean, they are not a worry. Just curious and they keep on their way. Actually, being a curious though timid animal, they don't want to be seen.
All the landscape footage in this video was beautiful, but the shots of Mount St. Helen at the end were extraordinary! Thank you so much for sharing it all with us.
Just imagine what the mountain looked like before it blew its top. Once I start; living out of my car I’m trying to figure out what to do on times when it’s raining all day or for a few days in a row. Especially if it’s in the woods etc. One issue with going off the trails is if one person does it it’s not a big deal but if hundreds of people do it it damages the area. In many of the state or federal parks you have to pay an entrance fee so if you plan on staying in a state for a while, it might be cheaper to buy a year pass. I enjoy your videos so keep it up.

O wow Rosa, the mountain view you showed was amazing. I worked with a guy that had samples from his brother that works studying the volcano's. His brother collected ash after it blew many years ago and gave John some, then in turn John gave me samples of the ash. I still have them and I've never felt any thing like it before. Thanks for going back to get this shot, you're the best!!
Great video. I never would have thought about apple and goat cheese. I'm glad you decided to stay to show the mountain in all her glory. I guess rainy days could get old but I sleep good in rain.
I agree with you about the $5 a day thing. What’s next? Pay toilets? No! This is why we pay taxes, so we the people can have nice things for everyone to enjoy. We cannot enjoy our free lands if we are made to pay more on top of what we already pay for. That’s corporate greed and it is an expense that doesn’t need to be part of a family budget. What needs to happen is for the rich to pay their fair share of taxes so those funds can absorb the cost of our many intended to be free services. Also, the minimum wage must increase to at least $17 an hour. The rich will pay for that too. Don’t worry, I’m sure there will still be tax cuts for the rich but it’s no longer going to be a free for all. Imagine a world where people are healthy and the roads are repaired. Imagine that money really is no object if everyone pays their fair share and puts the sail of peace upon their masts. We the people have paid more than enough already and many with our lives. Retirement should remain where it is or lowered because most of us aren’t going to make to that age without universal healthcare. The slave society that corporations have created has to come to an end because without healthy people we are not a healthy country. The power of manifestation comes from the persistence of our imagination.

Thanks for sharing the beautiful water falls - I didn't get to see any of that when I was by Mt St Helens area 5 or 6 years ago. But did get to see the blown off part of the Mt from the Johnston Ridge Observatory. There are some perks to actually paying those "fees" at times.

Its good to see people are cleaning up after their kids. We used to do that short hike during the summer and would see juice boxes, towels, flip flops and just garbage every where at the location you were standing below the falls. Thanks for the video .We enjoyed it. Oh we are EX Washingtonians.

I was living in Everett WA when she blew last, I was in kinder and woke up thinking there was snow everywhere, but it was ash lol and no school for a week! I decided to see just falls in Washington for a while. So I ended up driving out to panther falls one day and brought all my hiking stuff. Totally did not expect to just drive up to it. If you're ever near Siouxon trail, I would suggest doing it. Such a beautiful swimming hole fed by a nice waterfall

Totally agree about the cost , its fine if you are just on a couple of weeks holidays but can be expensive if you have a family of the age to pay , o and there's not a sign if you cut it down 😊.

I decided to see just falls in Washington for a while. So I ended up driving out to panther falls one day and brought all my hiking stuff. Totally did not expect to just drive up to it. If you're ever near Siouxon trail, I would suggest doing it. Such a beautiful swimming hole fed by a nice waterfall
