My favorite sport at high school. Very clean, social, active and coordinative. Makes your instincts fresh and your whole body alert and sensitive. Good for every age, both male and female. I prefer these days watching women games because they concentrate more on technic, while men games today are focused on incredible, almost violent burst power. 🏐
*Also make sure you're doing that exercise in **_Treat Your Own Rotator Cuff_** to totally avoid shoulder problems.*

I love being a libero, the bruising shows the pain you’re willing to take for the team. Diving is so fun, it’s my favorite part
I want to play as a libero, not sure how much I should work on my serves though, they’re very poor. How often do you serve as a libero? Usually libero’s don’t serve right? But I think there’s some exceptions…

@@IsimpforKavehandImnotashamed If you play in American High School Championships, the libero serves just as much as every other player (i.e. every 6th rotation turn). If you play anywhere else, the libero is not allowed to serve. You should practice service nevertheless so that you can do service if for some reason you play at a different position.

@@pirateez5021 In my country we don't have such things as clubs for the students to join;there are only sports teams(only soccer and basketball). Also, we don't have a volleyball court(we just play without one),and even if we had one I doubt they would do a volleyball team since no other schools near us play volleyball

When I played volleyball, I hated our coach because he made us practice with a ball that's hard as the ball of basketball and spike it straight to our arms 20 or more times. I often go home with bruises that time but now I miss those times that I had fun practicing with my teammates.
I would hate it but i love volleyball and that way we wouldn’t feel the pain so we don’t complain so I would hate till the future where it would pay off
It hurts for everyone in the beginning, you’ll get used to it after a while and later immune lol
I live for volleyball I don't know what I would do if I didn't practice volleyball....I would probably do nothing with my life

we also do the squat in taekwondo here in philippines but whenever we do those squats we dont move a muscle but if we do our instructor will plus 2 minutes and our hands should always be on our chests and we dont bend we either push up 50 times if we move so sports is not too easy

Hi.. Good Day.. I am from the Philippines. I am a public school teacher in the province school in the mountain. I am very very interested in teaching our pupils and future pupils how to play volleyball but we dont have budget and i personally cant afford good quality equipment especially balls. I know this might be awkward since i dont know you guys personally and i dont even know if you guys are willing to help others in promoting this sports as act of commitment with volleyball and passion to help others in need but i just want to give it a try. I believe that there is no wall between us even if we are on different countries as we both just love volleyball. Please help me if you can. Any help will be very much appreciated for us. Thankyou.
